This study utilized microbe species from diachorema and offal fermentation environment after sieving and optimizing to recur primitive ecology environmental.These strains exist natural selection ascendancy before they was parted so they was power to aim directly at ferment.First to explore microbion ecology relation of composting ferment and study on correlation by recure experiment.It approached digest doneness index of composting production in order to provid standard in produce and application.Physical chemistry index was determined by potentiometric method, oven drying method, Kjeldah method and organic matter.Harmless level was evaluated by Bacillus coli MPN and roundworm egg kill ratio.Digest doneness was determined by composting C/N and GI.Microbion was isolated culture with fermentative stage taking of samples.Superiority bacterium was determined with bacterium shape, permutation,dyeing characteristic,cultural character and organic matter degradation.Superiority bacterium was recurred corresponding fermentative stage and determined digest result of composting.So to check result of high temperature and performance bacterium.The results of this study were as follows:1.The 31 strains high temperature bacterium were obtained in high temperature stage of composting and all the strains are G+.2.The 9 strains high temperature and performance bacterium were sieved by Molecular degradation test.They are XHB-1, XHB-13, XHB-16, XHB-17, XHB-19, XHB-21, XHB-22, XHB-27, XHB-28.only XHB-21was not to have spore,so bacillus were superiority strains in high temperature stage.3. The bulk of strains are alternate relation.XHB-22 existes rivalry relation with XHB-17 and XHB-21.4. The engineered ferment box may run the experiment.It is feasible that testing laboratory composting simulates practicability composting.5. The control sample and disposa sample temperature change fit composting temperature egularity when testing laboratory composting simulates practicability composting.The high temperature phase of the control sample and disposa sample were for 10,13,12 and 12days.6. The water ratio of the testing laboratory composting was from advance to degrading then from advance to degrading because composting bulk was small and hermetization was very well.So the loss of moisture content was seldom. The water ratio was advance again because the organic matter was degradated by massive microorganism.7. The disposa sample was lower to the control sample in C/N.The microbe matching haved...
