| In this paper,we select analysis methods of HPLC and spectrophotometer to determine the residues of Carbendazim and Phoxim in red Fuji apple;and determination of lead concent in apple along roadside by ICP-AES.The main conclusions are as follow:1.In the experiment of the pesticides residues,the sample is thrown through acetone and Methylenochloride and determined by HPLC.In this way ,the step of preparation was simplified ,reduced solvent consumption and saved time.The lowest detectable concentration of the method is 0.15mg/kg and Phoxim is 0.02mg/kg.The determination of Carbendazim residues also by spectrophotometer,need more step for preparation ,solvent consumption and time,but it had higher sensitivity, the lowest detectable concentration of the method is 0.015mg/kg.Therefore,the two types of methods were good to satisfy the essential rules of pesticides residues determination.2. The residues half life of Carbendazim in apple in the range of 2.33-5.65d,the degradation of Phoxim is so quick that we hardly detected it in apple, Carbendazim in different position of apple is:peel>core>pulp,but Phoxim is: peel>pulp>core.We can found pesticides main remain in peel position of apple, the pulp position remains relatively low. So after spray Carbendazim and Phoxim, residue of peel position is the key factor which it is appraised to residues could accord with or not accord with maximal residues limits standard.3.Vehicle Emissions do pollute the roadside fruit,the pollute distance is 150m.And within 30m of the roadside,the pollution is much worse,the nearer worse.Different parts of the roadside fruit have dissimilate Pb content ,and the peel contents more than the pulp.Fruit in different section of the road also have dissimilate Pb content ,which is ascent>round>flat.bagging can reduce Pb content in the roadside fruit effectively,ensure a good harvest of the pollution-free fruit.when it is farther from roadside,the Pb content of bagged fruit descent slower than the unbagged ones. |
