Mycorrhiza is one kind of symbiosis of soil fungi and the advanced plant, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) is the most typical Endomycorrhiza distributing in the soil extensively. Arbuscular mycorrhiza ( AM ) and soil are defined as a mutualistic microecosystems, which is composed of the fungi ,plant and soil,in which the development of the fungi and plant impacts soil physics and chemistry nature,in return, the change of soil physics and chemistry influences the development of plant directly and the soil mineral absorbing.AM fungi affect not only the circulation of the element C,N,P in the course of decompose of the organic matter, but the circulation of the element N,P|,K,Ca,Mg in the course of physics, chemistry and biology.Furthermore, the activity of AM fungi improve the microecosystems around of root, enforce stress tolerance of host plant, stabilize the soil structure, ultimately achieve the aim of stabilization. In this study, we investigated the resources, temporal and spatial distributions of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi from the rhizosphere of raspberry and blackberry from July,2004 to June,2005. It was very helpful to understand the symbiosis of AM fungi and raspberry and blackberry and the monitore of soil microenvironment. Main research results are as follows:1. The experiment separate 29 AM species of 3 genera, 22 belong to Glomus,4 belong to Acaulospora, 3 belong to Scutellospora. Some species in the survey areas need to be identified furthermore.2. The result shows that the diversity of AM from the rhizosphere of raspberry and blackberry in central Shaanxi is rich, and the average spore density is 1079.2/100g soil. Diversity of AM is Willamattï¹¥Boysonï¹¥Blackbutteeï¹¥Tulameen,respectively. Different plant category inside, Glomus is dominant genera, the next in order is Acaulospora, Scutellospora are lower.3. It expresses that AM fungi and Raspberry and Blackberry can form symbioses efficiently. But the affinity of AM fungi and host plant is different, the affinity of AM fungi and Blackberry is higher than Raspberry, the close is Boysonï¹¥Blackbutteeï¹¥Willamattï¹¥...
