| In this trial, they were compared that the differences of performance of AA Broilers and Beijing Fatty Chickens in unartificial environment in different growing period, studyed the effect of durative and steady high ambient temperature to the performance,meat quality and meat flavor of 56 days AA Broilers,56 days Beijing Fatty Chickens and 100 days Beijing Fatty Chickens, and talked the mechanism of the effects.There were six parts in this trial:Part 1 The comparison of performance of AA Broilers and Beijing Fatty Chickens in different growing periodThe experiental design was single factor complete random design, there were 4 replications of 1 day male AA Broilers and 1 day male Beijing Fatty Chickens respectively. There were 48 broilers in every replication, and the broilers were reared in unartificial environment. The differences of average body weight gain,average feed consumption and average feed conversion of AA Broilers were compared in three different growing periods of 1-21 days,21-35 days,35-56 days, and the differences of Beijing Fatty Chickens were compared in three different growing periods of 1-21 days,21-35 days,35-79 days. The result showed the different variational trend of average body weight gain,average feed consumption and average feed conversion of AA Broilers and Beijing Fatty Chickens in different growing period. Compared with Beijing Fatty Chickens, AA Broilers was growing faster, the feed conversion was higher and the performance was better.Part 2 Effect of durative and steady high ambient temperature to the performance of AA Broilers and Beijing Fatty ChickensThe experiental design was single factor complete random design.There were two trials. In the first trial, 108 male AA Broilers and 108 male Beijing Fatty Chickens in 35 days in similar body weight were chose. There were three treatments of every breed, the three treatments were fitting temperature and ad libitum(22℃, ad libitum), fitting temperature and restriction(22℃, restriction according to the quantity of feed consumption just before one day), high temperature and ad libitum(34℃, ad libitum).
