There are many bioactive compounds from higher fungi. With the rapid development of naturally occurring pesticides, high fungi may become a emphasis in pesticide field after botanical pesticides and microbial pesticides.It was significant for the creation of novel pesticide with our independent knowledge property right to search new compound with up-to-date structure from higher fungi .For this purpose , the myleium and fermention broth of Cordceps militaris was selected for insecticidal and antifungal activities and constituents research guided by bioassay. The results were as follows.1. The broth of fermentation Cordyceps militaris was selected for antimicrobial activity. The results showed that ethyl acetate extract and butanol extracts from the fermentation broth have good antimicrobial activity. ethyl acetate extract exhibited significant activity against Staphylococcus aureau,Bacillus cereus,Bacillus megaterium,Proteus species ,Corynebacterium Pekinense,Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus flavus; Butanol extract showed marked antimicrobial activity to Bacillus mesentericus,Bacillus subtilis,Proteus species,bacterium prodigious,Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus flavus. and the higher the concentration, the larger antimicrobial was.It showed that the broth of fermentation Cordyceps militaris contained antimicrobial natural substances.The myleium of fermentation Cordyceps militaris were extracted with methanol and then separated gradationaly by ethyl acetate and butanol. The insecticidal activities of different polar solvent extracts from myleium and fermentation broth were tested by Leaf Disc method. Results showed that the extract of methanol from myleium showed certain toxic activities against 3rd instars larvae of Mythimna separata, the morality ratio in 72h up to 58.25%; The ethyl acetate extract and butanol extracts showed lower toxic activities against Mythimna separata, the morality ratio in 72h up to 16.67% and 30.95% respectively. The extracts from fermention broth have no toxic activities against Mythimna separata.Moreover, The antifungal activities of different polar solvent extracts from myleium were tested. Results showed that, methanol extract with the concertion of 2mg/mL had significant activities against the hyphal growth of Cytospora mali,Botrytis cirerea,Alternaria solani,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in 72h。ethyl acetate extract with the concertion of...
