Absorption Of Several Organic Sorbents For AFB1 And Their Detoxification For AFB1 In Animal.

Aflatoxin were widespread contaminants of food and soil. Which result in a variable toxicosis from death to adverse effects on productive and health of houst contaminated diets,depending on concentration.they were among the host potent hepatocarcinogens and their toxicity to both animals and humans made them the mostMycotoxin of the known.the most toxic aflatoxin has been designated aflatoxin B1(AFB1) and its toxic metabolite could residue in animal products.consequently,how to alleviate the toxicity of AFB1 has become highlight in the area of feed science.Absorption of several organic sorbents (KGM,Detoxification substance,Sorbent C) for AFB1 and their detoxification for AFB1 in anima were researched in the experiment, the experiment include two parts,the fist is in vivo, some data about absorption characteristic of the three sorbents was got in this experiment in order to do better in the experiment in vitro.the second in vitro ,we do it so that we can validate the datas in vivo,and verify if the three sorbents can absorb AFB1 effectively in vitro.In the experiment in vivo,we study the absorption characteristic though different absorption ,different content,different PH,different tempertature. In the experiment in vitro ,we add three sorbents in feed,and we set 4 grads(including o grad) of AFB1 in feed ,then add three sorbents into feeds ,at the same time we have 4 group without any sorbents as comparision group.so 288 AA broiler was divided into 16 groups(3 reiterations per group),we feed them normal feed in 10 days in advance ,then different feed was fed,after 3 weeks ,we slaughted 2 broiler every reiteration,gathered vein blood,mensurate their growth performance(ADG,.F/G),and cut their left cannon bora so that we study their bones intension and analyse minerals content in that. The main result of this study were as following:1.Stable absorption of KGM is 1.5h,but that of both asus and sorbent C is 0.5h. 2.In high temperature, absorption capability of the three sorbents is worse than that in low temperature,but we can not sure that their absorption is chemical absorption or physical absorption.absorption capability of KGM is very weak in high temperature ,but that of asus and sorbent C is better obviously . 3.The three sorbents absorb better in alkalescent than in acidity.but in acidity sorbent C is...
