Agriculture of our country has begun to transform the traditional agriculture into the modern agriculture. The mechanization of agriculture has played a vital role to the modern agriculture. But many factors influences and restrict the mechanization of agriculture development. It is necessary to evaluate the development level of agriculture mechanization, which can make the departments understand and grasp the mechanization of agriculture the development. And it important to formulates the mechanization of agriculture regulatory policy. Therefore establishing suits HuBei province the mechanization of agriculture development evaluating information system, which can accurately evaluate our province the mechanization of agriculture and can accelerate the development of agriculture mechanization.This lesson refers to the mechanization of agriculture level of development evaluating indicator system which Ministry of Agriculture, according to the Hubei Province region different characteristic, proposed the Hubei Province agriculture mechanization level of development evaluating indicator system using Grey relative analysis method. Then using analytical hierarchy process confirm weight and established comprehensive evaluating model.The lesson takes entire province each city (eparchy) as the research object, makes Visual Basic as platform, makes Microsoft Access 2003 as database and unifies module type GIS-SuperMap Objects to establish the Hubei Province mechanization of agriculture evaluating information system. The system can set up model and evaluate the development level of agriculture mechanization. Besides the function of query and taxis, the system also has the particular function of querying data by spatial way of GIS, which express the information of the result much more intuitionistic and lifelikeness. Moreover the interface of system is friendly, simple and convenience.The development degree can be found in all cities (eparchy) from the evaluating information system, some questions existed are also be found, but it is necessary to carry on the quantitative analysis for the forecast, the decision-making provides the enough information. The lesson takes Hubei Province evaluating results of agriculture mechanization level in 2000-2004 year as the basis. Using the ash connection analysis method, set up superiority model of Grey absolute relative degree between the second level of targets and the mechanization of agriculture syntheses level indicator. Through this model, the factors affect the working level of HuBei agriculture mechanization can be found, which agriculture machine is the important factor, agriculture mechanization synthesis benefit is next, agriculture mechanization synthesis supporting capabilities is slightly factor.
