With the announcement of "the Twelfth Five-year Plan" of the countrywide agricultural and rural informatization development, the heat of agricultural informatization throughout the country is on the rise. The improvement of agricultural mechanization management plays a vital role in promoting the further development of agricultural mechanization and modernization. Based on an analysis of the current situation of the agricultural mechanization in Feixi County (located in the western part of Hefei city), this dissertation takes the requirements of the agricultural mechanization bureau of Feixi County into consideration, trying to explore the issue of building a Network platform for the agricultural mechanization management of the county by resorting to modern information technology and computers. Meanwhile, the issue of how to automatically generate a form recording the information of agricultural mechanization will also be explored, with the result of saving human resources and improving work efficiency, making people receive the exact information at the first time, and providing a strategic basis for Feixi County’s development planning.The use of JSP’s developing environment to enhance the agricultural mechanization information management system of Feixi County will be discussed, mainly aiming to realize the universal management to the agricultural machinery and equipment of the county as well as their drivers’information. Moreover, it will also be studied as to how to achieve the Network management to the use of all the agricultural equipments in the county, especially those large ones, to their arrangement in the district, to the subsidies of agricultural machinery and to the information of these machine’s drivers as well as to the annual reviews. The system employs the popular B/S model, unlimited by operating system platform, published by the Tomcat software which is open and free. With the help of the powerful database of SQL Server2000, the task of searching, calculating and summarizing statistics can be completed on the server side, and the forms can be generated automatically and be collected at any time. The function module can adjust flexibly to the users’needs.Some comrades’trial on the system shows that it is of highly pragmatic value.The system is acquired the computer software copyright certificate of National Copyright Administraiton of China.
