Investigation On The Control And Pathological Studies Of Cow's Tuberculosis In Xining City

Investigation indicate that the earlist milk cow tuberculosis in Qinghai was discovered in Xining and Haidong.There were 35 positive cows among 600 which were examined from 1964 to 1977 in Xining.The total infection rate was 5.83%.Statistics showed the tuberculosis morbidity of milk cow in Xining still has not an effective control.In 1980,milk cow tuberculosis happened in Dongjiai,Datong Dabaozi Mafang,milk cow breeding farm and Yuanyichang,the morbidity was 0.8%;From August to September in 1990,1799 cow be examined 9 were positive and 2 were suspicious in those,the positive rate was 0.5%, infection rate was 0.6%.In 1992,309 cows were quarantined in Zhongzhuang-xiang country and Ershilipu country,7 positive cows were discovered,the positive rate was 1.78%;In 2002,all of milk cows and female yaks which provide milk for cities and towns inhabitant were quarantined for tuberculosis,the total amount of cows was 49783.From the first and second examination,88 cows were positive,the positive rate was 0.18%.At the same time of investigation,28 tuberculin allergy positive cows in Xining milk cow farm were made a pathologic research by using light microscope,antiacid s.and pathoanatomical technique.All of these 28 cows have different pathologic changes in different organisms and organs.These pathologic changes can be seen mainly in pharynx 1., secondly in vertical mesentery 1.,bronchus 1.,lung,mesentery 1.etc.Lymphaden intumescence in different degree,texture stability,tuberculous focus which as big as military and soybeam could be seen on the transverse section,centre of focus have mushy cheesy substance.There still were some focuses which like lymphaden on some cows' lung. By organization observation,we can see typical tuberculate pathological changes.It also can be confirmed by pathologic histology that the extended preveal and harm of cow tuberculosis in Xining is serious.Research believed the basical reasons of the extended preveal of tuberculosis in Xining:1.The prevention and cure of cow tuberculosis were paid less attention to by the local government,especially after 1993,the cows which were inspected positively could not be disposed timely and thoroughly,infection could not be killed at all.2.Cow's tuberculosis should be examined two times a year but only once,many cows were not examined for example,from 1994 to 1999,tuberculosis nearly was not inspected.3.The examination work of cows which were breeded by farmer in suburb was hard;Farmer didn't know the knowledge of breed management profit neglected prevention and examination.4.Infect each other between human and domestic animals,people were infected tuberculosis by drinking infected milk.People who have a tuberculosis intact livestock frequently can infect domestic animals.5.Marketing circulation accelerated,and cows which were exchanged frequently in different place made the cows in this area infect by the illed cows which were imported.6.Bad breeding management had a near connection with the spread of the tuberculosis.Bad breeding condition,too crowded,bad aeration humidity and deficient light facilitate the tuberculosis spread.So,we should constitute some measures of preventing the disease and countermeasure for cow's tuberculosis in Xining.1.Expanding the scope and strength of the examination.All the cow in Xining must be examined in spring and Autumn every year.Once founding positive cows fall into disuse resolvedly.To spread propaganda,arosing all levels government and operation department recognition.2.To.spread propaganda and educate, enhance the cognition of the harm cow tuberculosis.Making many measures to popularize the knowledge of preventing the tuberculosis.Making the company buy cows by certificate and the farmer fall the positive.xows into disuse on their own.3.The government should attach more importance to the tuberculosis and all department should cooperate.Forbidding the milk in bulk which were not examined come into the market.
