Investigation And Prevention And Control Of Cattle Tuberculosis In Jingbian County

Bovine tuberculosis is one of chronic consumptive contagious infectious diseases caused by Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacerium tuberculosis,It is listed to B type of animal disease.Symptoms and lesions are not typical in clinical area.Samples of Bovine tuberculosis tested positive rate reaches to 60%.This disease not only causes enormous economic loss in husbandry production but also is a threat to human heath.Jingbian County is an agricultural county.Cattle industry has become Important pillar in the development of jingbian economic growth.To ensure the development of animal husbandry and the health of the people,This paper uses the PPD intradermal Metamorphic reaction method to monitor the status of cattle tuberculosis in 6 townships in Jingbian County,And through on-site investigations,related information,etc.for Jingbian County to formulate a plan for the prevention and control of cattle tuberculosis,Obtain the following results:(1)From 2015 to 2017,the individual positive rate of cattle tuberculosis was 0.41 %,0.55 %,and 0.57 %,respectively.The individual positive rate showed a gradually increasing trend.The positive rate of cattle tuberculosis in 6 townships in 2015 ranged from 0.25 % to 1.30 %,the positive rate of cattle tuberculosis in 2016 ranged from 0.38 % to 1.70 %,and the positive rate of cattle tuberculosis in 2017 ranged from 0.42 % to 1.28 %.The positive rate of individual bovine tuberculosis was different in different years in the same area,and the positive rate of individual bovine tuberculosis was different in different years.(2)The positive rate of farming with a scale of 200 or more is 0.33 %,the positive rate of 100-200 is 0.56 %,the positive rate of 10-100 is 0.63 %,and the positive rate of 10 or less is 1.19 %.The positive rate of individual cattle tuberculosis gradually decreases with the increase in the scale of breeding.(3)The positive rate of 0 to 1 year old is 0.30 %,the positive rate of 1 to 3 years old is 0.54 %,the positive rate of 3 to 6 years old is 0.66 %,and the positive rate of 6 years old or older is 0.95 %.The positive rate of individual cattle tuberculosis increases with the age of livestock.And gradually increase.(4)One year after the implementation of prevention and control measures,a group of six townships in Jingbian County were tested.The average positive rate of the three townships that implemented control measures fell by 83.72 %,and the average positive rate of the three townships that did not implement control measures decreased by 1.78 %.The prevention and control achieved certain results.In summary,the positive rate of cattle tuberculosis in jingbian county varies with year,scale,age,and the control measures for the combination of cattle in jingbian county have also achieved certain results,which will provide an effective reference for the future purification of cattle tuberculosis in jingbian county.
