Study On Sheep Estrus Control In Non-Reproductive Season

This study discuss on progression and outlook of sheep suppression of estr -us, non-reproductive season of sheep suppression of estrus and summarize the result of 3500sheep of varities breeds (Xinjiang Merino, Kasak sheep, Altai big-tailed sheep, Dorna sheep, Cross-breed sheep) of 16 sheep raise bases in Xinjang , using progesterone sponge and hormone andfound standard of ewe suppression of oestrus and ram reproduction health technique in Xinjang, reducing interval of sheep generation and improving sheep reproduction. The results indicate that using this standard improve estrus rate to 98% and reproduction rate to 60% in non-reproduction season, 150% reproduction rate in reproduction season. Using ram reproduction health technique improving ram semen quality, researched the possibility of ewe estrus in whole year and rule of lamb growth in this period. All this techniques are base of sheep production-efficient and factory production of industry-efficient.
