Study On Simultanous Oestrus Technique Of Sheep

The issue of research is whole process of estrus contral technique on breeding season sheep in corpe of Xinjiang.My emphasis are on reproduction health protectio n of ram,estrus contral of sheep and artificial insemenation,finally,we established a set of operating regulations in this field.The purpos is to raising economic effeci ency of sheep induatry,it can give birth to rapid development of sheep industry in c orpe of Xinjiang.This study launched a program:inject propionic acid testosterone,V_E,HCG and LRH-A₃ to ram whose semen quality is nomal but whose sexual ablity performance d badly;inject propionic acid testosterone,V_E,PMSG and LRH-A₃ to ram whose se men quality is below the nomal but whose sexual ablity performanced well,at same time warm and massage the testicle.The result of the study can be proved that the effenciency is 98.5%among those ram whose semen quality is below the nomal but whose sexual ablity performanced well;conversely,to other sublects,its rate i s 95%.The experiment method in mountain area:mark ewe-bury CIDR,inject combined pregnant hermone 1ml→wait 12 days→take off,inject PMSG 500IU→breed after tak e off 48-56 hours,inject HCG 300IU→samen oxytocin and LRHA₃→extra breedi ng in two estrus.We can make a conclusion:simultanous oestrus can raise the repro ductivity of sheep in mountain area.The contraled group,its average pregnancy rate is 80.48%,total reproductivity rate is 109.4%.There is no evdent difference between contraled group and non-contraled in some performanes of birth weight and wean weight of lamb.Another experiment was done under indoor condition by the same t reatment.Its result:reproductivity rate is 160%,lamb livability 98%,average increased weight per day is 293.6g,average weight at four months is 30.12kg.This sthdy is that selected 1016 sheep at one to five borns of simnltaneous est rus reation at post-parturient in 20 days.It was four groups,per groups among deal with methods is different hormones.Its result:every groups's fertility above 120%.It can be proved from this study that we can enhance sheep reproductivity by using simultaneous estrus technique,so we can deduce the pssibality of two lambs p er year and three lambs during two years.If we can realize this,it can give us a opportunity to develop "order agriculture",as a result,not only can it raise effencie ncy of sheep industry,but can promote rapid development of sheep industry of corpe...
