Study On The Resource And Foreground Of Ground Covers Landscape

For the ecological and landscape benefit, the ground covers will be more and more attached importance to application in the urban construction. Studying on the resource of the wild ground covers of three north areas of China and the breeds of cultivated ground covers of China,the paper summerized the breeds of cultivated ground covers which can be applied to different districts generally. Simultaneously, analyzing the present application of ground covers in the different types of green spaces,the paper pointed out the problems practically and commended some outstanding varieties of ground covers. Analyzing the way of landscape design with ground covers in different types of green space,Inducing the principle of design,the analyse and construction of ground covers in the landscape, providing the theoretical basis for the application are the main conclusions.The innovation and significance of the study are presented as follows:1 Investigating the wild ground covers of three north area of China and the breeds of cultivated ground covers of China on the spot, studying the introduction,cultivation and application in some scientific study units,bringing forward the suggestions in the landscape design,2 Through analyzing the result of investigation about the ground covers which used in different types of green spaces,the paper concluded the different levels of application and brought forward the measure to the problem why the number of ground covers used in the landscape architecture is so small.
