Now edible fungus is the vegetables known as the public people, it has been exist throughout the dining table of common people.Therefore, we should make attach great importance to the cultivation technology of edible fungi.Abroad in the modernization level of edible fungi planting started quite early and they have realized the industrialized production.From the current development of our country, the production level also have made some progress in the South China, but for the North China is in a relatively backward state.Therefore,speed up the north edible fungi reach to factory production pattern is an important task to faced.Factory production is through the technique of artificial regulation.Provide for the edible fungi a great growth environment aim to increase the yield and quality to the especially rare species edible fungi.We must be strictly on control the environment parameters in the factory.Therefore, establish a safe, stable and an intelligent system is necessary for modern edible fungi cultivation.In this paper, we study the environmental control system for the resources and environment college of Northeast Agricultural University which experiment the LED lights impact the growth of edible fungi.By knowing edible fungi habits and characteristic requirements of the whole growth period.According to the experiment of cultivation environment has carried on the control strategy analyzed, and put forward to STM32 F series as the main controller.The design combined with sensor technology, automatic control theory and visual automatic/manual technology which is an integrates intelligent control system platform.Through detection the indoor environment in timing and for edible fungi the mycelia and fruit body make a good control.Specific research contents include:(1)Through the understanding of the factory production of edible fungi environmental factors.Combined with the experimental requirements and selected the temperature and humidity and LED light as the main control objects for edible fungi growth.With fuzzy control applied in the control system, temperature and humidity control strategy and algorithm research, using the fuzzy decoupling control circuits of temperature and humidity.(2)The hardware part: Using the STM32 F Series MCU as the core circuit of the system.The main design way is use the divided into modules.It include the STM32F103ZET6 main control board, data acquisition, enquipment execution control etc.Through detection the data signal of each sensor to the main controller, displayed on the touch screen, comparing with the preset value, the upper and lower limit, and make the corresponding control action.(3)The software part: complete the design of main program, data acquisition, logic control, control algorithm and human-computer interface.The focus is to divide various of the edible fungi growth stage in logic control design, and providing the control logic adapts to the complex control network.Aim to control resources and environment college edible fungi in different growth stages of logic can be effective association of different equipment automatic, meet the automatic control of the north edible fungi growth cycle in the north.The system designed in this paper can realize the scene environment under effective control of edible fungi.Its characteristic is low cost, stable operation and high reliability.The research of LED light-operated to the edible fungi.It’s for realize the north factory production of edible fungi automation control laid the effective foundation.
