Isolation And Identification Of E.coli Seperated From Broiler In The North Of Henan Province And Development Of Propolis-Adjuvant Vaccine Against The Disease

E.coli is the generalization of chicken infectious diseases caused by some serotypes of escherichia coli. With the rapid development of intensive poultry industry in recent years, backward feeding circumstances result in high disease incidence rate and mortality rate. Now E.coli has gradually been one of important epidemic diseases jeopardizing the industry and brought great economic loss to it.It is well known that Extensive abuse of antibiotics should be responsible for following problems. Firstly bacteria have stronger and stronger resistance to the drugs. Secondly the residues of drugs affect food safety directly. Meanwhile, serotypes of pathogenic E.coli are very complicated, so the bad immune efficiency of some vaccines against E.coli on sale probably originates from no agreement with the local epidemic serotypes.On the basis of the above statements, the study will be of great significance in preventing and curing E.coli in the north of Henan province.This study was composed of two parts...
