In this paper, primary factors of the tissue culture industrial process of Cymbidium hybridum were studied by establishing the regeneration system of C.Great katy 'Chartreuse'. Then, companied with the effects of various methods of cost-reduction on CLucky flower 'Anmitsu Hime', C.Great flower 'Marie Laurencin', CLunagrad 'Etrnal Green' and C.Wakakusa 'Dargu', the proper methods of cost-reduction were determined. The formula of the cost of one seedling was deduced, and how the cost would be cut down could be computed. Then it could provide theoretic basis for the tissue culture industrial process and cost-reduction of Cymbidium hybridum.The results indicate, 12min is the proper disinfecting time of HgCl2 for stem tips, which is the explant of C.Great katy 'Chartreuse'; The optimal medium of PLBs induction is MS + 6-BA2.0mg/L + NAA1.0mg/L; The optimal medium of PLBs proliferation is MS + 6-BA2.0mg/L + NAA1.0mg/L; The optimal medium of PLBs differentiation is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L; The optimal medium of plantlet rooting is 1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L; Sphagna, sphagna: perlite 1: 1, turf, turf: perlite 1: 1 were optimal substratum, in which the survival rates of seedlings were 100%; Procedure simplification in tissue culture of Cymbidium hybridum was viable; Distilled water and sucrose could be replaced by tap water and white sugars in the tissue culture industrial process of Cymbidium hybridum; Natural illumination inhibited the differentiation and rooting of PLBs; Irradiation time of 8h/d is harmful to the tissue culture of Cymbidium hybridum. The cost of medium could cut down 89.94%, and that of one seedling could cut down 37.37%.
