Studies On The Quality Variation Of The High-quality Green Tea Under The Condition Of Facilities Cultivation

The phenomenon of "upscale tea is popular, the low file tea is unsalable" has influenced the development of people's life and tea industry. Most spring tea belong to the type of excellent tea, and the supply is less than the amount of demand, while the quality of both summer and autumn tea is low and possess a poor market demand, and the above fact results from the growth environment of tea tree. Facilities cultivation can improve micro-environment where tea trees live. Sprinkling irrigation is conducive to the higher amount of the tea yield. On the other hand, shading contributes to higher tea quality and there are lots of studies about such facets. Based on the above facts, it seems to be important to study systematically the summer and autumn tea yield, quality variety and sustainable effects under the condition of facilities cultivation.This current research targeted summer and autumn tea, made full use of facilities cultivation to improve the growth environment of the tea tree and green tea yield and quality. The results are summarized as follows:1. The analysis results of observation on the background value of microclimate in tea garden showed that facilities cultivation can improve the microclimate of tea garden. The illumination was lowered 61.01%~67.62% by shading. Meanwhile, facilities cultivation possessed the function of reducing temperature and increasing humidity. And the effect of the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading was best, and the effect of sprinkling irrigation is poorer to shading. Sprinkling irrigation, the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading and shading have increased humidity by 12.89%, 20.11% and 10.89%, respectively, but the humidity of sprinkling irrigation area descended more quickly. There was no consistent effect of facilities cultivation on illumination while the technique possessed some persistent effects on temperature and humidity. 2. The statistical analysis suggested that the fresh leaf yield increased by 30%~47%, 46%~71 % and 23%~39% under the treatments of the above three techniques and both the indexes of hundred-buds weight and fresh leaf yield amounted to a higher level. The combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading contributed highest to the tea production. The amount of dry tea per acre of each plot all increased, and the relation of wet-dry conversion rate was as follows: the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading>sprinkling irrigation>shading>control, which revealed that there was an increased wet-dry conversion rate of all facilities cultivation plots. Besides, there was a consistent effect of facilities cultivation in short treatment period and the effect of the combination was significant.3. The biochemical analysis indicated that the content of phlyphenols of sprinkling irrigation, the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading and the individual shading increased by 7.41%~9.58%, 10.26%~12.61% and 11.93%~13.50%, respectively. The corresponding content of the amino acid increased by 9.46 %~33.53 %, 27.78 %~60.69 % and 22.22 %~46.82 %, respectively. The ratio of polyphenols to amino acid was the combination plot<shading plot<sprinkling irrigation plot<control. The content of water soluble matters of the three techniques increased by 2.01%~4.62%, 4.99%~7.66% and 1.31%~3.26%, respectively and there was a stable amount of caffeine. The content of the catechins increased by 0.31%~2.31%, 40.39%~40.45 % and 63.53%~94.18%, respectively and the content of the soluble sugar raised by 7.28%~10.26 %, 8.20%~13.14% and 3.25%~7.21 %, respectively. Furthermore,. chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the total amount of chlorophyll all increased. Shading was advantageous to increase chlorophyll a, but the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading was obvious, and the chla to chlb was great and bigger than that of late spring tea. Facilities cultivation possessed some sustainable effects on the above quality indexes in a short treatment period.4. The determination result of the amino acid components by full-automatic mino acids analysis showed that there are 17 kinds of amino acids in control while in facilities samples there was 16 kinds and the latter lacked histidine. Under the condition of facilities cultivation, five kinds of main amino acids content such as glutamic acid, aspartic acid, serine acid, glutaminc acid and arginine acid increased to different levels. The glutamic acid content of the sprinkling irrigation, the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading and shading ascended to 1.59-, 1.93- and 1.68-fold of the control. The glutamic acid ratio in the total content of amino acid all increased. Shading and the combination influenced the amino acids composition greatly.5. The determination results of the catechins components with HPLC showed that sprinkling irrigation and shading made the EGC content increase, there was nearly 1-fold increase in the shading area, and the content of the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading plot descended by 27.91%. Shading and the combination made the content of D-C, EGCG, EC and ECG increased, but sprinkling irrigation made all of them lower; the content of EGCG increased by 55.44% and 99.80%, and the ratio of EGCG in the total content of techins also increased under the condition of shading and the combination. To the ratio of ECG in the total content of techins, the combination plot increased but sprinkling irrigation and shading plot lowered. Each facilities cultivation plots increased by 48.64%, 94.75% and 194.40%, respectively.6. The color and luster of end product tea and broth-scene with color difference meter were all improved greatly. The color and luster of shading and the combination were quite green while sprinkling irrigation and the control were yellow. When facilities cultivation was terminated, the green degree of shading sample and the combination of sprinkling irrigation and shading sample descended quickly, the yellow degree increased and there was a low sustainable effect of facilities cultivation.
