Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo is one kind of Chinese tradition medicine in Tibetan area.In the study, through measuring the antioxidase activity and the content and produce speed of lipid peroxidative product of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo medicinal purposes organ,We study the antioxidant enzyme functionthe of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo medicinal purposes organ in different harvest time and of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo medicinal purposes organ leaf under 25℃,8℃and - 7℃treatment to find the mechanism of Tibetan medicine antioxidation function. The findings as follows:1. SOD activity of different medicinal purposes organs of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo is strong and stable. With harvest time postponing, SOD activity of stem has enhanced tendency thegradual and of leaf and root reaches the peak in August. The phenomenan that SOD activity of the stem strengthens gradually showes that Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo carries through matter exchange between broveground and underground, while it can eliminate O2-.effectively to maintain the low ROS level of leaf.At the different temperature processing, SOD activity of leaf under 8℃is strong, but SOD activity under -7℃and 25℃is weaker than under 8℃.But there is a enhanced tendency as a whole.2. CAT activity of root and stem of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo harvested in August is strongest among the root, stem and leaf. With harvest time postponing, CAT activity of root began to descend, but it of leaf strengthens continually and reaches stabilization on the last ten-day of a month in August. POD activity of root and leaf of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo harvested in August is strongest .but POD activity of stem harvested in June is strongest. The results show that Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo growes quickly during June to August. At the different temperature processing, CAT activity descends obviously in the initial 12 hours, but it becomes stable after 12 hours; POD activity trends to stabilization consistently. It showes that medicinal purposes organ leaf of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo has the high ability restoring oneself in the low or high temperature. Meantime, this also explained fully Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo has the high adaption ability to adversity and strong antioxidized function.3. MDA content of medicinal purposes organs of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo is less than 1.9μmol /g Fw.AR approaches the level of zero consistently. It showes that content of intermediary and the end product which places a premium peroxidation in Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo frond is few, further validates the security that Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo frond makes use of medicine entirely.4. Content of soluble sugars of root and stem of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo harvested on the first ten-day of a month in June varies with different medicinal purposes organ. Content of soluble sugars of leaf is the smallest among three organs; as following is root; it of stem is the most. With harvest time postponing, of soluble sugars of stem weakens gradually; content of root and leaf ascends gradually and reaches the maximum in September. Changing trend of content of soluble protein is consistent with which of content of soluble sugars. At the different temperature processing, changing trend of content of soluble sugars of leaf is consistent with it of content of soluble protein. In the first 72h, content of soluble protein and soluble sugars tends to equilibrium, But after 72h, content of soluble protein and soluble sugars descends more or less and the reason for a physiological reaction of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo.
