There are few basic studies in the approach of utilization of introduced germplasm. we analysis genetic diversity of Chinese soybean ancestors and its offsprings, introductions and its offspring by SSR and study the contribution of noted introduced germplasm shishengchangye of the 195 progenies of shishengchangye that were breeded before 2005 to each of them based on the pedigree data in Chinese soybean breeding by pedigree analysis and SSR. In order to provide theoretical proof, the principal results are as follows:1. To detect the genetic diversity of Chinese soybean ancestors and its offsprings and introductions and its offspring, we find the genetic diversity of introductions is significantly smaller than that of ancestors. But the genetic diversity of offspring of introductions is significantly higher than that of offspring of ancestors.that is proved the genetic basis of Chinese soybean is broadened by utilization of introductions,2. The clusters and PCO(principal coordinate analysis) relation to Introduced germplasm and the different groups of China soybean proves the theory that utilization of introduced germplams broaden the genetic basis of soybean from the DNA level. But there is a great of potential in the utilization of introductions.3. 195 cultivars were developed in Jilin province, Heilongjian province, Liaoning province, and Beijing respectively. The pedigree analysis indicited that the quantitative of cultivars was the most, when the contribution ratio was 12.50%,6.25% and 25%. These cultivars were 77.3 percent of the progenies of shishengchangye indicating that the crossing with multiple parents including shishengchangye was better way to pyrimide favorite traits among different parents. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Soybean, Introductions, Genetic diversity, Genetic contribution | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
