Boron is one of the integrant microelements that applying for the natural growing of tobacco. It will destroy the balance of physiology and result in ill growing and depressed resistance. The object was K326, the main tobacco variety in Guangxi, by applying 0 kg B (CK), 0.865 kg B (treatment B1) , 1.73 1 kg B (treatment B2), 2.596 kg B (treatment B3), 3.461 kg B (treatment B4)of Boron per hectare to the cured tobacco on the fertilizer of NPK of the basis certainly, respectively. The phenomenon and characters about tobaccos' growing, photosynthesis, physiological, yield and quality under different fertilization of boron were studied in this trial. It discussed the infection about metabolizing of nitrification and carbohydrate with boron fertilizer. The main results were showed as follows:The tobacco showed the best economical character, NR activity, photosynthesis characteristic, chlorophyll content, carotenoid content and amylase activity; to show the best of souble sugar, reducing sugar content, total sugar content, potassium content; to show the optimun to produce sound tobacco of nicotine content, protein content, total content, chloridiom content; to show the best of the Output ,Output value ,Middle rate, Highest quality tobacco rate, under the applying of boron treatment with 0.865kg B / hm2.There were no significant differences of boron content between different managed tobacco leaves. There were no significant and positive correlations between boron content of tobacco leaves and the applying of boron treatment. But the two showed negative correlations when applying of boron treatment were condign.There were high significant difference diff(?)rent managed tobacco leaves. The treatment 0.865kg B / hm2 had better appearance qualities than others, such as yield, Highest quality tobacco rate,Output value,Middle rate. The appearance qualities of tobacco leaves after roasting were worse than CK when applying of boron treatment was 2596 kg B/hm2. The harmonization of tobacco leaves afterroasting chemical component was similar with the appearance qualities of tobacco leaves. The index of tobacco leaves quality with the treatment 0.865kg B / hm2 accorded with the production of high quality of tobacco, including nicotinamide, the content of Cl- and K+, total sugar, reductive sugar, soluble sugar and Total sugar/Portein.The boron content of tobacco leaves can promote the compounding of nicotinamide, it had significant and positive correlations with nicotinamide content(R=0.73247**). The boron content of tobacco leaves was propitious to raise the content of reductive sugar and total sugar. There were significant and positive correlations between them, with correlation showed R=0.7165** and R=0.7069** respective. There were positive correlations between boron content of tobacco leaves and Potassium(K)(R=0.17766). That meant high boron content of tobacco leaves was good for Potassium(K) accumulating. It concluded that boron content of tobacco leaves can enhance immanent quality of tobacco leaves, make advance to high quality tobacco leaves.It can make some main conclusions after this trail. The best treatment to produce high quality tobacco leaves was treatment 0.865kg B / hm2, which can harmonize the chemical component of tobacco leaves, enhance anti- adversity, facilitate the mature of tobacco leaves. the originality innovation were studied influence the intrinsic quality of tobacco leaf of boron to be opposite tobacco in this trail systematically. The studied result make known right amount boron can enhance the fragrant matter, to reduce the total nitrogen content and protein content, to enhance the quality of tobacco leaf.
