In this paper, a pot experiment was conducted to study the stromal infiltration method application of boron, zinc, molybdenum on the early growth and utilization rate of fertilizer effect, compared with the traditional way of fertilization, explores the new way of flue-cured tobacco on microelement fertilizer response, improve the cultivation process of balanced fertilization technique; study of stromal infiltration method applying complex fertilizer on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco resistance to impact, from production practice proved the feasibility of Transplanting Potted experiment, and field for tobacco planting fertilization technology to improve and provide a theoretical reference, thereby increasing production at the same time control the quality of tobacco. The main results of this research are as follows:1.On flue-cured tobacco root system development and the effect of Main Agronomic characters. Stromal infiltration method reasonable supplemental boron, zinc, molybdenum fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco root development and promotion of tobacco seedling early growth and quick development, in which the zinc effect is most obvious, root volume, root weight root activity were achieved:14.59cm3,24.91g and1.502mg/g·h. Excessive fertilizer reduced the root activity. While promoting tobacco physiological metabolism, improve tobacco agronomic traits, in which boron effect is most apparent, plant height, leaf number, leaf area and stem diameter respectively,22.5pieces,790.91cm2and5.64cm.2.On the utilization ratio of the fertilizer effect. Stromal infiltration method to add trace elements, use of tobacco root uptake, certain extent overcome soil fertilizer fixing effect, is helpful for flue-cured tobacco to trace element uptake and transport. Compared with foliar fertilization process, saving time and labor, cost savings, and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer25%-30%.3.On the chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity effect. Stromal infiltration method reasonable supplemental boron, zinc, molybdenum fertilizer on tobacco biochemical metabolism, promote tobacco plant chemical synthesis:improve flue-cured tobacco leaf chlorophyll content, promote the photosynthesis, in which boron’s effect is most apparent, in comparison with control increased the contents of chlorophyll10%-15%. Enhancing tobacco nitrate reductase activity, promote tobacco nitrogen nutrition metabolism of molybdenum, which was most effective, increase nitrate reductase activity30%-50%.4.On the nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco and the organ allocation effect. Stromal infiltration method reasonable supplemental boron, zinc, molybdenum iertilizer could improve flue-cured tobacco nicotine content of boron, which improve the effect is most obvious, compared with the control nicotine content increased50%; at the same time of boron can promote the nicotine in tobacco plants were transport, the stems and leaves of nicotine content improved.5.The trace element accumulation effect. Along with the increasing concentration of microelement fertilizer, tobacco plant trace elements content increased, while the excessive microelement fertilizer made of trace elements decreases; stromal infiltration method reasonable to add fertilizer can improve tobacco boron distribution rate, but reduce the stems of boron distribution rate.6.The effect on Yield and quality of Flue-cured tobacco. Stromal infiltration method applying complex fertilizer treatment could improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaf, of which1.2mg/ml boric acid solution,1.2mg/ml sodium molybdate solution,1.25mg/ml solution of zinc sulfate compound fertilizer was the best, the secondary leaf ratio up to35.06%, fine tobacco ratio up to44.81%, the maximum average reach13.53yuan/kg. At the same time, strengthen the disease resistance of tobacco, reduce the disease incidence and disease index of tobacco.
