| As early as in 2002,the"Ecological City,Scenery City"project was carried out in Wuxi.Since then, citizens of Wuxi have made great efforts on the construction of Urban Ecological Green Land. In this project, plant community is an significant unit which act as not only the basic unit of urban green land but also the foundation of The Urban Green Space System's ecological function. Moreover, It's also reflect very clearly a city's landscape richness index and it's green coverage rate.Therefore, it is important to study plant community of urban green space for a city's sustainable development and the construction of an ecological city.This thesis is based on the study of Wuxi's urban green space. It chose 45 typical artificial plant communities from the primary famous sceneries and city parks which are relatively steady. Finally, based on the investigation and the result of multifactorial appraisal system,some suggestions were given to optimize the construction of the city's plant communities.This thesis is divided into five sections to address the above issue:The first section is a summary of my research. First, it introduced the corresponding concepts about urban ecological green land and plant community, then presented the historical and current research activities in China and abroad and finally addressed the purpose and implications of my research.The second section applied the vegetation ecology methods to analyze the floristic composition,the type of community,the ecological structure,the community species composition and the community quantitative features of the 45 typical plant communities. During the analysis, some basic features on the structures of the artificial plant communities can be seen very clearly.The third section showed the analysis of the community species diversity on 45 typical plant communities, such as species richness index and species diversity analysis according to the theory of plant ecology which study the communities by tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer.The fourth section based on the thorough investigation and analysis, 10 typical plant communities were appraised by ecological and vision benefits. Furthermore, 3 typical plant communities were chosen from the 10 typical ones and the corresponding ichnography of plant communities'disposal was used to illustrate the situation. And then the rationality of disposal and application of plant communities were further discussed from plant communities'structure and vision effect.The fifth section evaluated the current construction of the plant communities in the urban ecological green land, and analyzed its basic theories, the method to create it and provided some suggestions on the improvement and reform. And to build healthy,natural and comfortable ecological green land baseded on the climate of the city, soil and underlying vegetation character, construction status of city, the foundation of economy and culture inside information, so as to play nature control mechanism of communities fully, and it is important to form green land communities with stabilization, efficiency ways. By studying Miyawaki's method (ecological method to reforestation) for recreating environmental protection forest, which is devised by integrating the concept of potential natural vegetation to explain the construction of the close-nature on Ecological Green Land. It proposed the concepts of"Annular style","Pergola style"and"Garden style"plant communities of ecological green land in the city of Wuxi. |
