To explore the effect of meat-producing performance and beef quality on. of different feed combination in yanbian yellow cattle,12 Yanbian yellow cattle (bulls) at 24 months old with similar body weight (366.83kg BW) were randomly divided into four treatments, three cattle in each group. Diet composition were the same, different proportion, there was a study on the meat-producing Performance, feed efficiency, blood chemical index and carcass characteristic for different feed in Yanbian yellow cattle (bulls),the results showed that:1.After feeding 149 days, the average end weight of four groups cattle were:Group A:550.00kg,Group B:522.67 kg,Group C:532.00kg,Group D:578.67kg respectively.Group D was significantly higher than Group B and Group C (P<0.05);The total body weight gain and daily weight gain were:Group A:180.67kg and 1.21kg,Group B:157.33 kg and 1.06kg. Group C:166.00 kg and 1.11kg,Group D:212.00 kg 1.42kg respectively.Group D was significantly higher than Group B (P<0.05).2.There was no significantly difference in feed intake, average daily concentrate feed intake, average roughage intake, average daily intake (P>0.05).concentrate feed conversion of four groups cattle were:Group A:0.22,Group B:0.18,Group C:0.21,Group D:0.27 respectively,Group D was significantly higher than Group C (P<0.05).Group D was significantly higher than Group B (P<0.01);Feed conversion were:Group A:7.17,Group B:8.25,Group C:7.85,Group D:6.23 respectively.Group D was significantly better than Group B (P<0.05).There was no significantly difference for feed cost (including the day feed cost, the concentrate feed cost, roughage cost and the total feed cost) (P>0.05).There was no significantly difference for dietary nutrients digestibility (P>0.05).3.Determination of blood index, including Total albumen,Albumin and Globulin content. There was no significantly difference in four groups cattle (P>0.05); Determination of glucose, urea nitrogen content,There was no significantly difference in four groups cattle (P>0.05);Determination of the serum calcium and serum inorganic phosphorus content,There was no significantly difference in four groups cattle (P>0.05);Determination of GPT and GOT content,There was no significantly difference in four groups cattle (P>0.05);Determination of total cholesterol and triglyceride levels. There was no significantly difference in four groups cattle (P>0.05).This showed that there was no significantly difference for the determination of blood index in four groups cattle. It did not change blood index content through fed different feed combination.4.The carcass yield in four groups cattle were:Group A:52.94ï¼…,Group B:56.30ï¼…,Group C:55.18ï¼…,Group D:59.90ï¼…respectively,Group D was significantly higher than Group A (P<0.05);The loin-eye area in four groups cattle were:Group A:90.11 cm~2,Group B:92.06 cm~2. Group C:82.15 cm~2,Group D:100.30 cm~2 respectively, and there was no significantly difference in four groups cattle (P>0.05).5.The general ingredients for the back longest muscle in four groups cattle, fatty acid content were:Group A:5.03ï¼…,Group B:5.54ï¼…,Group C:5.07ï¼…,and Group D:6.25ï¼…respectively, Group D was significantly higher than Group A,Group B,Group C,(P<0.05). There was no significantly difference in moisture, crude protein and crude ash (P>0.05).And there was no significantly difference in saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acids (P>0.05);There was no significantly difference in the total essential amino acid (P> 0.05).Non-essential amino acid content were:Group A:132.97 mg,Group B:126.58 rag,Group C:126.76 mg,Group D:121.76 mg respectively,Group A was significantly higher than Group D (P<0.05).In specially,Group A was significantly higher than group D for the proline content (P<0.05).
