For the destroy of the natural environment and the shortage of the food, many feline animals such as siberian tiger.are in danger. With the improvement of the cultivation, the quantities of the tiger,lion and leopard are becoming bigger and bigger, but all kinds of diseases become another important problem. Because of its high rate and intension, ectoparasite does harm to the feline animals. Contraposing the problem, the author have done more inspections and investigations for the ectoparasite infection of the feline animals in the northeast tiger forest garden of Harbin.A total of 65 and 84 fecal samples of multi-feline animals were collected from northeast tiger forest garden of Harbin and were inspected on .Jan. 18th,2006 and Jul. 25th,2006. Laboratory examination revealed the existence of eggs of Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonine and coccidia oocysts in the feces. The rates of ascarid and Isospora oocysts were. different and the ascarid inspection rate of the firsr time was 50.77%(33/65), the rate of Isospora oocysts was 56.92%(37/65); for the second time the ascarid inspection rate was 53.71%(45/84), the rate of Isospora oocysts was 8.33%(7/84). The rate of Isospora oocysts was obviously higer on Jan. than on July. The rate of ascarid hadn't the apparent difference. Competing the young animals with the adult animals, the result didn't exist the apparent difference on Jan.and young was higher than the adult animals on July. The results of ten samples for higher ascarids infected were that the average of infected rates is Toxascaris leonine(18.3±20.9)higer than Toxocara cati(6.3±7.97).In addition, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonine were found in the bowel of the siberian tiger.Two kinds of species-specific PCR primers were designed which got at the Isospora and Toxoplasma gondii.. Gotten the DNA and done the PCR PCR amplification, The results declared that Isospora is the positive and the Toxoplasma gondii is negative.By the DNAStar, compared the fraction of 1777bp and the other 17 fractions getting from Genbank, the consequence is that the cOgnation among them is 70.0%~99.7 %, to Isospora is 94.3%~99.7%,to Toxoplasma gondii. It may be a new species. Form the obversion of the configuration, the result of PCR and the comparison of the 18S rDNA fractions, we can confirm that the coccidia oocysts from the siberian tiger.is the Isospora coccidia oocysts. It is the first time for finding Isospora coccidia oocysts infected the tiger,lion,leopard and so on.By analyzing the systematic growth of the 18S rDNA from siberian tigers, we find the Isospora coccidian near to the Sarcocystis and the other Isospora coccidian. It is to say that the coccidia oocysts from the siberian tiger is closer Sarcocystis than Eimeria. The result is approving and supporting that "Isospora coccidian should belong to the Sarcocystis and not the Eimeria "...
