| In recent years,with the vigorous implementation of the national poverty alleviation policy and the "grain reformation to feed" policies,the process of agricultural mechanization has accelerated,and agricultural machinery equipment has subsequently become a decisive factor in helping rural areas to flourish,winning the fight against poverty,and realizing the overall development of agricultural economy factor.At present,my country is still dominated by traditional agricultural machinery and equipment.On the one hand,traditional production and operation modes can no longer meet the development needs of agricultural industrial structure adjustment;on the other hand,the design of existing agricultural machinery and equipment is usually based on a certain model for equipment imitation,which is ignored.The actual needs of users have led to serious equipment homogeneity,and the lack of modern design theories and methods in the design process limits the innovation of agricultural machinery product design.In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing types of agricultural machinery and equipment in my country,and to improve the innovative design capabilities and de-homogenization of agricultural machinery products,so that they can better meet the needs of the market and consumers,this article first sorts out and researches domestic agricultural machinery and equipment,and makes clear The concept,classification and characteristics are analyzed and summarized in the design of existing agricultural machinery equipment deficiencies,unsolved problems and design requirements.Secondly,through the introduction of QFD theory,a product innovation design method integrating QFD and Kano models is proposed,and the development and design of agricultural machinery equipment is driven by user needs,so that the completed equipment is both innovative and practical,thereby improving the equipment market competitiveness.The first step is to determine the target user group through research on the agricultural machinery market,and conduct interviews with them,and then organize,summarize and supplement the interview content to obtain a clear level of user needs.The second step is to use the Kano model to classify user needs,and use it to modify user weights.By combining the transformation function of the modified original improvement rate with the relative satisfaction of customers,the revised user demand importance is determined.The third step is to determine the product design elements,build the relationship matrix between user needs and product design elements,output the weights of design elements,and provide guidance for program design.Finally,according to the design method of QFD and Kano model integration,the completed self-propelled silage harvester was guided to realize the integrated production operation mode of harvesting,aggregate and bundling.The agricultural machinery equipment completed by this method has both functionality and innovation,which can greatly meet user needs,ensure product quality,strengthen product market competitiveness,and effectively solve the deficiencies of domestic agricultural machinery equipment in innovative design,and can replace imports Products,fill up the gaps in the domestic market,and promote the development of agricultural mechanization and large-scale development in China.At the same time,the design practice shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.This method can not only provide theoretical guidance for enterprises in new product development and design,improve product development efficiency and quality,and optimize enterprise resource allocation,but also can provide other similar products in the market.Product design provides new design ideas and methods. |
