| A new thermo-sensitivity male-sterile system was created and studied,This has important meaning to use of flax heterosis.This research took new thermo-sensitivity male-sterile line 1S as female parent,other several varieties which have excellent agricultural characteristic as the male parent,made crossing-combinations,The F1 and their parents is this paper's materials.From the plant hormones content of leavies'in flowering period,the heterosis in yields,agricultural characters,the capsules'dry matter accumulations,these three aspects to make research,Drew the main conclusions as follows:1. The heterosis in plant hormones of different crossing-combinationsThrough different crossing-combinations and their parents'four plant hormones contents'analysis of leavies indicated that:Four plant hormones contents of F1 result displays positive and negative heterosis;IAA hormones contents have high positive mean heterosis and high hoterosis.2. The heterosis in yields of differentcrossing-combinationsThrough analysis the yields of different crossing-combinations,we can know that 8 crossing-combinatins yields have increaser productin than CK, The The increase ratio from 5% to 35%. Their crossing-combinatins were acquired by hand pollinatin,So the pollinatin way is important in making high production crossing-combination, Good entironment of making seeds is key to produce high yields flax hybrid seed.This test have 8 crossing-combinatins whose yields have increaser productin than CK in 16 crossing-combinatins,So abroad testcross is easy to chose high heterosis combination. 1S×0581 F1 have higher increase production,the production increase extent is 35%.1S×01J24,1S×0585,1S×pollinated873 F1 also have higher increase production,the production increase extent exceed 10%,these crossing-combinations made by manual pollination.Through analysis in plant sterile ratio effect to yields,indicated that different plant sterile ratio greatly affect yields.3. Agricultural characters and living period of crossing-combinationsThrough analysis the agricultural characters and living period of different crossing- combinations, we can know that crossing-combinatins whose yields have increaser productin than CK have much ramification,bolls per plant ,seeds per boll. Large 1000-seed weight,short plant height and length.So their have excellent agricultural characters and short living period,have high using value in production.4. Factors of affected hybrid seed yieldsThrough analysis the sterility ratio affected on yields of F1, sterility ratio is the important factor to affect yields. ramification,bolls per plant and seeds per boll affected yields,but ramification have greater effect.We can know from this test that selecting new fertility who have sterility character in high temperature and stagnancy to temperature is very important. Moreover should strengthen the ecology qualification test research, Chooses the most suitable breeding ecology area. These two factors are keys to make two-line r flax hybrid success or failure.5. The heterosis in capsule dry matter of F1Through analysis to F1 capsule dry matter accumulation,The result indicated that the dry matter accumulation of F1 and parents changed with quick-slow- stabilization trend; F1 capsule dry matter accumulation displays obvious positive mean heterosis and high heterosis.
