Conducted Induction synchronization on female sheep of Borderdale,Poll Dorset and Mongolia in anoestrus in Gansu Yongchang Meat Sheep Breeding Farm by employing comparison, test and analysis methods. Selected 24Borderdale×Mongolia crossbred lambs and divided into three groups randomly, 2groups conducted super-early weaning were breed with milk replacer of different nutritional level; the rest was the controlled group. Meanwhile, another 8Borderdale×Mongolia crossbred lambs were fed with the number 1milk replacer additionally while feeding by their mother from 3days old. The milk composition of 15 Borderdale×Mongolia crossbred ewe were also measured. We discussed the application effect of the key techniques in modern sheep industry by studying synchronization, lambs early growth conducted super-early weaning and fed different milk replacer. The results showed that: 1) PRDI+PMSG can induce ewe oestrus effectively, but it should regulate the dose of PMSG according to the condition of ewe. The results showed it was feasible to conducted Borderdale and Poll Dorset with 250~300IU PMSG, with that of Mongolia is 200~250IU.The oestrus rate of Borderdale was the highest 96 %,Poll Dorset was 90%and Mongolia sheep was the lowest ,78%.2) The percentages of main components in colostrums were higher than those of in milk, the colostrums protein was 7% ~11% while milk protein was 6%~8% and the content of protein dropped with secretion; butterfat rate of colostrums and milk were 11.26±5.01% and 8.49±2.13% respectively, the content of colostrums Ca and P were relatively high than that of in milk(p<0.01), and the ratio of Ca/P in colostrums and milk were 2.38 and 2.43 which showed during the late secretion period the Ca content dropped greater than P content.3) The average weight gain of the two test groups and controlled group were 3.60 kg, 3.52 kg and 5.36 kg from the beginning to 30days old. From the beginning to 3months old the net weight gain of the 3 groups were 17.28 kg, 16.30kg, 14.10 kg relatively. The results showed test groups were obviously higher than controlled group(P>0.05), which indicated lambs feeding with milk replacer can grow normally without any inhibition.4) After measuring the body size of super-early weaning lambs, it found that body height, length, bust etc. of super-early weaning lambs were lower than that of controlled group lambs before 1month old; comparable by the end of 2months old and higher when 3months old. All of which suggested lambs growth compensation effect were obviously after feed`ing milk replacer. It is showed that feeding lambs with milk replacer was feasible and was beneficial for modern sheep industry by increasing economic benefit.
