Seed is the internal factor of improved crop yield and is the materialization of advanced technology vector. After breeding new varieties of crops, it will come through testing, demonstration, validation, promoting the development of the largest size, and then gradually declining until it is eliminated. It is significant for breeding new varieties, forecast the spread, and human cultivation and management control of human to research on this process what factors determine the speed of the proliferation of varieties, the largest acreage and economic life. This paper explored innovative maize hybrid spread of the objective laws, characteristics and influencing factors for the maize hybrids for the evidence that its area had 100 million mu to 20th century in China since the late 1960s, and the results are as follows:Different maize hybrid with the promotion of the same trend, Gaussian model can be used to fit hybrid maize planting area with the promotion of the year process of change. Corn Hybrids Gaussian curve in the overall trend showed a variety of changes, there are four kinds of forms, First, the "rising fast slow down" type; second is "rising slowly declining fast" type; third is the "multi-peak" type; forth is "uniform" type.Corn Hybrids average life expectancy of 14.2 years. The largest growing area followed different for different hybrids to change. Economic life and the largest acreage of corn Hybrids impacted the cumulative acreage of hybrid. The contribution of the largest acreage to the promotion of the area is four times than the contribution of the economic life to it. Several species and varieties largest acreage and economic life had a negative correlation, but with the largest acreage of a closer relationship. Corn backbone hybrid is 16.57%~63.84% of the national acreage. Backbone inbred is 6.42%~56.60%of the national acreage. It came forth the problem of restrictive germplasm base.Hybrid varieties of corn number have been increasing annually. The current growth rate reduced; but its yield increased annually. The yield increased 100kg in the average age. Their reproductive period from the early to mid-late, their varied from region to region largely. Their heights are from dwarf to mid-tall, and their types are from the flat-type to convergence-type. Their grain type is a horse tooth type, grain - based color is yellow. Grain quality protein and starch content varied greatly.Corn Hybrids'largest acreage mainly depends on the influence of the potential of high-yielding varieties and the total number of species. Corn Hybrids economic life depends on the growth period and the resistance.
