In this dissertation, complex effects of simulated acid rain on the growth and PHysiological biochemical characteristics of Arachis hypogaea .L were studied with a pop experiment. At the same time , the effects of plant growth regulator "choline chloride" were also studied under the stress of simulated acid rain. The main results were as follows:1 .The visible symptoms damages of simulated acid rain were studied at first .the results were as follows: the sensibility of visible damage to acid rain was mainly determined by PH value of acid rain ,under acid rain of PH =2.0 or 3.0,its leaves were damaged .Toxic effects of high acidity of acid rain were obvious, which was showed in the fact that the leaves were smaller and narrower than the contrast ,and the growth of the plants were inhabited2. Complex effects of simulated acid rain on the PHysiological biochemical characteristics of Arachis hypogaea .L. : Under the stress of PH2.0 to PH 3.0 of simulated acid rain ,Compared with the control experiment , its leaves were damaged, chloroPHyll content decreased .however,MDA content of leaves increased .It also reduces the content of soluble sugar , And reduced greatly the PHotosynthetic quality .and the content of prol. As a result ,the yield of o Arachis hypogaea .L receded.3. The treatment s with suitable concent ration of CC sprayed on peanut leaves at seedling stage could increase the content s of chloroPHyll and proline in leaves , enhance the activity of SOD, CAT and POD .So the development of the plants was promoted , the length of the first pair of branches , the number of branches , and the dry weight of plant s areall higher than the control.4. Growth regulator of choline chloride under suffering the acid rain particularly high acid rainSprayingCC on peanut leaves could notably increase the activity of SOD and POD , decrease the production speed of activate oxygen , and reduce content of MDA product . So as to increase content s of chloroPHyll and soluble protein , promote the efficiency of PHotosynthesis. Results showed that the CC participated in metabolic regulation of activate oxygen , played an important role in protecting integrity of membrane structure , slowed decay of leaf senescence and increased yield of peanut.
