Situation And Development Strategy Of Sugarcane Production In Jiangzhou Area Of Chongzuo City

Natural and social economic condition of sugarcane production in Jiangzhou Area of Chongzuo City were investigated. The main problems of the sugarcane production and the counterplans to put forward the sugarcane production in Jiangzhou Area Chongzuo City were pointed out. The study result as follows:1. The natural and social economic condition in Jiangzhou Area Chongzuo City is suit for sugarcane planting.2. The sugarcane production in Jiangzhou Area Chongzuo City have an important effect on local economy and society, also is the important source of farmer income and public finance income.3. Nation policy and plan adjusting of sugarcane industry, which the sugarcane production transfering from eastern region to west region, and unremittingly progress of society economy were benefit to developmenting sugarcane production in Jiangzhou Area Chongzuo City.4. There are some key problems during developmenting sugarcane production in Jiangzhou Area Chongzuo City. They were as follows:(1)Drought and the yield unsteady;(2)The soil tired and the fertilize decreasing;(3)Science and technology popularizing lag behind and the low level of sugarcane planting; (4)Small production scale;(5)Unreasonable variety structure and slow variety replacements rate;(6)Sugarcane was infested with insects, affecting sugarcane production;(7)The low degree of sugarcane production industry and the reasonable benefits allotment;(8)Low sugarcane comprehensive utilization ability.In order to keep on a stable health development to sugarcane production in Jiangzhou Area Chongzuo City, we should:(1)Protecting sugarcane from drought with more water technique measure;(2)Improve soil and increasing land productivity;(3) Popularizing science and technique of planting sugarcane and increasing the level of planting;(4) Increasing scale of sugarcane production and the level of mechanizing;(5)Introducing new variety and creasing the speed of specie renewal;(6)Increasing the level of preventing insect and pest;(7)Increasing the industry level of sugarcane production;(8)Increasing the ability of sugarcane processing and the level of comprehensive utilization.
