This experiment mainly carry on three investigation: 1,Effect of longan's nutritionby earthworm maintain in socket. 2,Effect of vermicomposting on truncate root growthand Rhizosphere environment of longan. 3,Effect of KClO3 on truncate root growth andflower of longan. The objective is to studies the Effect of vermicomposting on longan'snutrition, truncate root growth and Rhizosphere environment of longan. Seek after theway to improve soil's nutrition and to promote root growth, create an appropriateenvironment for the root growth and absorb by maintain earthworm in socket. Themain conclusions as follows:1. The earthworm which used in the experiment has strong adjustability indifferent organisms and propagation quickly. The earthworm can put diversifiedorganism into vermicomposting quickly. The result proved that earthworm breed in thesocket which fertilizing cow dung is an Easy and feasible fertilizer regime.2. Vermicomposting can provide N,P,K,Ca,Mg steady for longan.The content of longan leaf's N,P,K,Ca,Mg begin increase after put in earthworm 20d,and reach the zenith after 40~60d, at the end keep a high level. As a whole, the nutritionof longan' leaf is more in Vermicomposting then cow dung and general fertilization.3. Vermicomposting can promotion root growth distinctly. Compare to other 2treatments, the weight of root in wormcast is 1.48 times as in cow dung, 3.42 times as insoil.4. Compare to the cow dung and soil, the composing of microbiological population in the vermicomposting was more appropriate. The amount of streptomyc invermicomposting is 1.14 times as in cow dung and 2.41 times as in soil; the amount ofbacilli in vermicomposting is 1.11 times as in cow dung and 2.56 times as in soil. Theamount of epiphyte is the most in cow dung, and is 1.79 times as in vermicomposting,2.05 times as in soil.5. As an oxidant, KClO3 restrain root growth of longan sharp. The longan' root allputrescence when put in 100 times KClO3 liquor. When put longan' root in 200 timesKClO3 liquor, the front part of rood putrescence and the back part have root growth.From result of the experiment, we can not give the conclusion that KClO3 can promoteblossom.
