Effects Of Employing The Plant Geowth Regulator In Root-Role On Longan

This experiment set the following four treatments:1.making root-rool with 25% earthworm cast and IBA5mg/L+NAA4mg/L; 2.making root-rool with 25% earthworm cast and IBA5mg/L+NAA6mg/L; 3.making root-rool with 25% earthworm cast and IBA5mg/L+NAA8mg/L;4.making root-rool with 25% earthworm cast and IBA5mg/L+NAA10mg/L.Study on different concentration of plant growth regulator under the model of making root-rool with 25% earthworm cas management on soil, roots, trees and fruit. The conclusion is as follows:1, Treatment of different plant growth regulator improved the soil physical and chemical properties.Compared with the controls, Treatment of IBA5mg/L+NAA6mg/L increased the soil moisture content, organic matter content, pH value significantly, it promoted the longan on soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium absorption。 20-40 cm soil layer is significantly higher than 0-20 cm soil layer and the 40 to 60 cm soil layer。2, Treatment of different plant growth regulator can induce the longan root growth and improved the activity of rhizosphere enzyme,each treatment has good effect.Compared with the controls, IBA5mg/L+NAA6mg/L processing root activity, root number, root fresh weight and root length of significance are the highest。The content of various enzymes are processed by IBA5mg/L+NAA6mg/L is highest。3, Treatment of different plant growth regulator Improve the nutrition of longan branches and leaves。Compared with the controls after a year, IBA5mg/L+ NAA6mg/L processing of leaf N, P, K content increased by 19.97%,7.725%and 7.725% respectively; Leaf water content, leaf area and SPAD value increased by 10.89%,22.22% and 22.22% respectively. Stems water potential in a year is highest。4, The influence of different plant growth regulator treatment on fruits。 Compared with the controls, IBA5mg/L+NAA6mg/L processing of fruit weight, weight per ear, ear Numbers and yield increased by 18.26%,19.05%,46.1% and 19.05% respectively, but Fruit dehiscent fruit rate was reduced by 10.37%。Edible fruit rate, soluble solids, VC content, soluble sugar content had significant improvement, increased by3%,1.56%,1.6% and 1.56% respectively, Titratable acid content was reduced by 6%.Comprehensive analysis of above,the treatment of making root-rool with 25% earthworm cast and the plant growth regulator on longan not only save work but also have long benefits, it play a purpose on focused the root growth andconcentrated fertilization. On the whole,it can improve soil, the nature of the tree and fruit, etc. With the treatment of making root-rool with 25% earthworm cast and IBA5mg/L+NAA6mg/L make the best.
