At present, the increase of the population, the reduction of the land, the labefaction of the environment are forming an enormous challenge to the structure of the traditional agriculture. How to promote crops'output premising on the limited land resource and the environment protection becomes the most important subject of human beings. In the modern agriculture, there are two kinds of methods in maintaining and raising the output. One is to use the manure to be the condition for the growth of crops through improving the land. The other is to improve the breed, meliorate its physiological procedure, and optimize its growth. The former is the feature of the chemistry agriculture and the later is the endeavor position of the biology agriculture. However, both the two aspects have the shortage, since the former will consume amount of energy resource and pollute the environment, the later needs quantity of investment and a long time exploring. As to these deficiencies, about a decade it appears a new conception of the physic agriculture braced by the light, electricity and the magnetism. The basic mode of this concept is to change and control the crop's growth through regulating the light, the electricity and the magnetism in its condition. Since the regulating by human could be realized with these physical methods, and it has a great meaning in the environment protection, even without too much investment and consuming, especially applying to the factory production of the devices agriculture and crops. So it has a good prospect. In the physical agriculture, some study about the influence of the light and magnetism to the crops has been done. We have achieved some nutriment made with lightening material and some compound manure used of the lanthanon and the waste residue. The application of these new physical techniques has got a good result in increasing production. On the contrary, the influence of different electric fields is not definite and has not created any new concerned technique which could bring the practicality value. So it is necessary to make a systematical and deep study on the electric field's influence to the crops in the exceptional environment.The soybean is one of the crops which are widely planted in our country. It has a variety of nutrition value, is the important material for the industrial and agricultural production, and relates too much with our life. So it has a significant meaning in reality to improve its quality and promote the production. According to the existing theory, the high voltage electric field has a stimulating effect to the growth of the creation and it has been proved that it could promote the developing of the seeds. But the way of adopting the prick electric field is a little. Meanwhile, the extensive comparison to kinds of prick electric fields about the biological effect has never appeared. In addition, most experiments were carried with the water's join in the germination procedure. We chose two crops being studied in our experiment. First on the base that people have proved that high voltage positive electrostatic field could promote the soybean's germination with the water's join. We dealt with the dried seeds in many fields condition and germinated the seeds in periods. Trying to find out the regulation and analyze the theory that the electrostatic field promotes the germination and improve the vitality; second, deal with the cucumber in the water by a variety of electric intensities of the high voltage prick positive electrostatic field and analyze the effect of the different prick positive electrostatic fields to the macroscopical index and biology index of the cucumber's germination to find out the regulation and to confirm the perfect promoting voltage value.We obtained experiment result as follows: 1. High voltage prick positive electrostatic field has a restrained effect to the soybean's germination, particularly after the electric treatment, the germination pacing in 0h and 24h declined in the germination potential, germination index and the vitality index. Moreover, all the electric fields dealt groups reduced in the germination potential, germination index and the vitality index contract with the comparative series. 2. Being dealt by the high voltage prick electric field, the germination of the dried soybean pacing in 72h in different groups were improved in the germination potential, germination index and the vitality index contract with the comparative series, it showed that the electric field effect could promote the soybean germination especially in the groups of 2kv and the 4kv. In the positive fields of 2kv and 4kv, the germination potential promoted 8.3% and 18.5% separately, the germination index promoted 6.5% and 12.89%, the vitality promoted 21.16% and 31%; in the negative fields of 2kv and 4kv, the germination potential promoted 15.6% and 11.93% and the germination index increased 4.6% both the two, vitality index promote 13.675% and 18.99% respectively. In the alternative fields of 2kv and 4kv, it promoted 33.94% and 26.61% in the germination potential, 15.655 and 11.06% in the germination index respectively, 44.87% and 25.54% in the vitality index. Furthermore, the positive and the alternative fields had a more evident effect than the negative field. 3.after the treatment of the high voltage prick electric field, the soybean in different groups paced in 120h, it's macroscopical index has little differences in the germination potential, germination index and the vitality index, reflected the fading phenomenon of the electric field effect in the seeds, almost the equal to the comparative series. 4. The high voltage prick positive electrostatic field could evidently promote the cucumber's germination procedure in water. In the electric field, the germination percentage, germination index and the vitality index all had a great promotion. Particularly when the voltage was 2kv, the electric field can make the germination potential, germination index and the vitality index improved 27.9%, 27.89% and 46.84% separately. It has been found in the biochemistry examination that when the voltage was 3kv, the amylase vitality was promoted 508.09% contract with the comparative series. The electric field influenced the amylase from promoting to restraining as the increase of the electric field.So, no matter the dry or wet seed, after the high electric field with a short time treatment , it would influence the seed's growing process and its germination, also the treatment effect to the puffy seeds was more obviously overt than the dried ones.
