Faba bean is one of the main edible bean in our country, it plays very important role in agricultural production and people lives.Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP)molecule mark is used in this study to analyze genetic diversity of 230 kinds of springness faba bean resources form 20 countries and locals,aim to from the groundwork of faba bean genetic diversity to investigate the relationship of faba bean germplasm resource form different geography,and to supply some reference for faba bean genetic diversity centre and origin center's determine.The main results as follow:1. Base of 8 kinds of faba bean resources,found the DNA extract method fits the AFLP analyses of faba bean.2. Found the molecular marker systerm that suitable the AFLP analysis of faba bean,screeninged 12 pairs of AFLP primer combinations that have high polymorphism,optimizationed each parameter of AFLP technic in faba bean germplasm resource genetic diversity's analasis.3. 230 kinds of springness faba bean resources,12 pairs of primers produced 244 clear patterns,in which polymorphic patterns was 236,with draw genetic resemblance UPGMA dendrogram,revealed faba bean's genetic diversity level,it can be used in exact identification and classification in germplasm resource .4. Assistance from the ME cladogram of genetic distance ,whole materials can be severed six iterms.The results show:Genetic diversity is very plentiful in Westem parts and middle parts of Asian ,and hereditary basis is broad ,genetic background is abundant here.The richness of Genetic diversity lies second in Afghanistan and Ethiopia,and it has intimate blood relationship with Westem parts and middle parts of Asian. Genetic diversity is very distinctive in Mediterranean Sea,and it can not find any blood relationship with the other areas.5. The results show that the Westem parts and middle parts of Asian is the center of the faba bean's origin and diversity,Afghanistan and Ethiopia is the second center of diversity;From the results we can also propose hypothesis that the Medierranean Sea is the center of the genetic diversity and second centre of origin.
