Forest resource is one go the most important biological resource, with the benefit ofbiology, economic and social diversity. And it is also a means of important support to theglobal natural balance. As nowaday forestry development direcetion,sustainable forestmanagement has be approbated by all humankind. Sustainable management for forest musthave a management scheme, which effective and can satisfy manager and social as the sametime. Choose management scheme is a process of decision-making, it stand or fall direct affectwhether forest can become a high-powered ecosystem and achieve best development pattern.And it will in virtue of spacial analyse method and maths method in this process, that can makedecision-making more science and accurate.All the while adopt traditional method to management decision-making is short of directand visual of decision-making process, decision-making is so complex. Therefor this paperresearch in Baihe Forestry Bureau. The basic datum include the relief map (1:50000) anddatabase which build according to forestry resource survey in 2000 combined with DigitalElevation Model in Baihe Forestry Bureau in this research. Data analysing and processing byGeography Information System (GIS), establish four forest management scheme, and get eachindex variable according to Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).In this paper combined GIS with AHP make decision-making more simple, and thecontent of the best management scheme can achieve visualization, and also can afford consultfor aftertime sustainable forest management decision-making.
