For a long time, we rely on blindly increasing fertilizer inputs to pursuit a high yield intraditional agriculture mode. Although the consumption of fertilizer and crop yield in Chinaare rising year by year, input and output are out of proportion, so on the premise of ensuringgrain production increase, the meaning of scientifically fertilizing guidance is especiallyimportant. With the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligencetechnology, precise management idea has come into being,whose function are localizationmanagement of crop and variable input according to the needs. Precision agriculture is amodern agricultural management strategy and agricultural operation technical system, whichis based on spatial information management and variation analysis; it can adjust the inputs offertilizer according to spatial differences of soil fertility and crop growth conditions. On thebasis of quantify actual time diagnose of cropland and crop growth station and fullyunderstand spatial variation of farmland productivity, aimed to balance soil fertility andincrease production, implement precise positioning quantitative field management, thereforeto achieve the sustainable development goals of high-quality, high-yield, low powerconsumption and environmental protection.ArcGIS9.0control was used in this system to develop new functions, and the structureand function of this system was designed by analyzing the user demand and feasibility. Forsoil fertility information play an important role in agricultural production, through classifyingand coding of the data, a spatial distributed database integrates data types as text, figures andtables was built, which includes many function modules, such as soil nutrient informationbrowse, thematic map production, online consulting, SQL queries and fertilizationdecision-making, etc. All these modules work independently, which is convenient formanagement and maintenance of system. The system can effectively guide the scientificfertilizaion and farmland management, which has certain practical application value. Thedetails are as follow:(1) The system combines with the powerful attribute data and spatial data analysiscapabilities of ArcGIS9.0, through data reduction, coding and digitized, soil nutrientinformation database of the research area was built.(2)The system used B/S distributed network structure, WebGIS as spatial informationmanagement platform, to establish the remote soil nutrient information data managementsystem, which can provide integrated and normative basic profiles of the study area to eachdepartment, improve the efficiency of decision-making, help managers deeply grasp about theinformation and improve the level of agricultural information management.(3) Decision support system combined with expert system, adopt the current popular WebGIS technology, geographic information technology was applied to the crop fertilizerguidance, provide intuitive, networked, intelligent information service for the majority ofagricultural workers. The system not only can realize the network sharing of information, letthe user query to the required data, but also provide scientific and reasonable fertilizationdecision-making plan, improve the economic benefit and protect the environment.
