Forest fire is of great harm,develops rapidly,and is hard to predict.It has been defined as the eighth largest natural disaster in the world by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO).How to deal with forest fires in a timely and effective manner has been an urgent subject for people to study.At present,as the front-end monitoring system in forest fire prevention supervision system becomes more and more intelligent,it is very necessary to develop a set of server-side programs for responding to the alarms of the front-end monitoring system,managing data,and assisting the forest firefighting.In this context,eombining the actual business needs for forest fire prevention work in a small-seale forest farm,this work designs a forest fire prevention command system,which can be intelligently controlled in terms of early warning of forest fires,resource integration,emergency command and firefighting.The mainstream back-end development frameworks such as Spring Boot are used in this work,and Java programming language and MySQL database are adopted for encoding and development,and Red5 streaming media server based on RTMP transmission protocol is selected to receive and publish the real-time video stream of the front-end monitoring device.The main works of the paper are as 'follows.(1)Technologies related to streaming media,decision tree algorithm,Spring Boot framework,and other key technologies are introduced,laying a theoretical foundation for the realization of system functions.(2)The work of system demand analysis is discussed from three aspects:feasibility,functionality and non-functionality,and the overall framework,the overall functional structure of the system,and the database are designed and introduced in detail.(3)The design and implementation of various functional modules of the forest fire prevention command system is introduced in detail,including eight major functional modules,such as streaming media service,forest fire alarm management and forest fire emergency treatment.(4)The function and performance of the system are tested in this work.Test results show that the system performs well in both function and performance,reaching the expected goal of the system.
