Multiresidue makes a greet progress and application with separate, determine technique developmentespecially selectivity chromatogram detector and mass spectrum detector and chromatogram-massspectrum developing and it is popularization。It is serious that the pesticides residues exceeded maximum residue limit in Chinese edible fungi. Itnot only affects the quality of Chinese edible fungi, but also our export. Therefore, it is really significant todevelop an efficient and qualitative and quantitative method for measuring pesticide residues in ediblefungi so as to ensure the quality and export. In this paper, the result showed the detection methods of HCH, DDT, chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin, deltamethrin residue in the pleurotus ostreatus and pleurotus citrinopileatus friuitbodies and composts wasestablished with GC-μ-ECD. The degradation of HCH, DDT, chlorpyrifos, deltamethrin, cypermethrin wasstudied in two edible fungi composts and the last residues were studied in two fungi. The linearity correlation coefficients of these pesticides residues were between 0.9954 to 0.9998, recovery was from 72.55% to 123.53%, the limit of quantification was from 0.0004 to 0.053mg/kg. Inpleutotus ostreatus compost, the dymanic equation for HCH, DDT, chlorpyrifos, deltamethrin andcymeperthrin were C=2.2673e0.0186t, C=6.7356e0.01t, C=18.508e-0.0381t, C=0.8485e-0.0382t, andC=5.2428e-0.0739t, respectively, and halt-lives were37.27, 69.31, 18.19, 18.14 and 9.38d, respectively. In pleurotus citrinopileatus compost, the dymanic equation of these pesticides were C=1.9058e-0.008t, C=5.0518e-0.0095t, C=16.866e-0.0139t, C=0.9348e-0.0422t and C=4.599e-0.0499t, the halt-lives were 86.64, 105.26, 49.86, 16.43 and 13.89d, respectively. In the friuitbody of the linearity correlation coefficients were ranged from 0.9980 to 0.9998, Therecovery were from 77.68% to 115.52% and 79.84% to 109.43%, the limit of quantification was from0.00028 to 0.0029mg/kg, respectively. The sensitiveness, definition and recurrence of the method wereaccord with pesticide residue standard. The five pesticides last residue level in pleurotus ostreatus andpleurotus citrinopileatus friuitbodies were 0.014mg/kg and 0.001mg/kg, 0.293mg/kg and 0.306mg/kg, 0.015mg/kg and 0.021mg/kg, respectively. But chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin were not detected. All of thepesticides residual level were less than their MRLS in edible fungi except for DDT which showed thatpleurotus ostreatus and pleurotus citrinopileatus friuitbodies could enrich DDT greatly.
