Pleurotus citrinopileatus polysaccharide has the function of antivirus,anttumour and improve immunotherapy,so that Pleurotus citrinopileatus polysaccharide wins the hot attention by polysaccharide and medicinal researchers.In this experiment,the parent strains of Pleurotus citrinopileatus were Pc-1 and Pc-6.We selected new crossing progenies strains which attaine high polysaccharide and high production by ultraviolet radiation mutagenesis and monospore cross breeding.1.Select 2 high polysaccharide strains from the 7 strains which comes from different region.Then we take it as parent strains.2.In this experiment,with ultraviolet irradiation mononuclear mycelial of Pleurotus citrinopileatus, set up five different time stages in order to choose mononuclear myceliums with significant changes.Than re-matche them in order to obtain filial generations.3.165 new crossing progenies strains were obtained by microscope checking and antagonistic experiments.4.23 new filial generation with strong heterosis were obtained by means of vertical slab polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis and analysis in esterase isozyme of crossing parents and new cross combination, which had mutually complementary enzyme bands and new enzyme bands.5.Obtain high polysaccharide cross strains Y40,Y141,Y30,Y144,Y13,Y169,Y32,Y19å’ŒY3 by comparing of polysaccharide content.6.Through mycelial color,mycelial growth compared experiment,from 9regenerative strains which are cultivated by plateculture we get some strains such as Y32,Y141,Y144 have stronger growing trend than both the parent strains, while strains such as Y3,Y119,Y13,Y30,Y40 and Y169 have stronger growing trend than Pc-6 but have slower growing trend than Pc-1; The cultivated species Y144,Y40,Y119,Y13,Y141 and Y30 which are dense and stocky have stronger growing trend than both the parent strains.7.Compared with contaminated rate between regenerative strains and original strains Y32,Y141,Y144,Y30 and Y40 have stronger ability of anti-bacteria capacity. They can be used as the basis for further selection.8.The result show that fruitbody yields of Y40,Y141,Y30 and Y144 four strains are higher than the original strains, after comparising of fruit body yields of the experiment strains. Y30 is precocious strain which has more polysaccharide; Y40 has the highest production but it is a late-maturing strain.
