The study chose Viciacots ta ledeb cv. Wulata as the research material and mainly researched about the germination characteristics, physiological characteristics of seedling morphology and the agronomic traits of this specie.The experiment chose different concentrations of NaCl,Na2SO4 solutions as salt threatening substance, determined the germination characteristics of seeds which are stored in different years and different temperatures, the comparative analysis of seedling morphological traits was made after did the drought simulative experiments by using PEG6000 (15% concentration,-3.88 bar), we also analyzed the dynamic changes of the aboveground biomass in growing seasons. The result showed that: 1. The seeds have the highest germination rate (GR) when they are treated as CK, the germination rate and germination power (GP) are 60% and 25%. Seed GR, GP and seed vigor index are all decline as the increasing of salt concentration and the decreasing of temperature. 2. The average longevity of the seed of Viciacots ta ledeb cv. Wulata is more than 20 years, the seeds which are harvest immediately showed a dormant phenomenon. GR and GP are declined as the increasing of the length of storing time. 3. Under the conditions of artificial simulative drought, we determined 6 indexes of seedling of Viciacots ta ledeb cv. Wulata, Vicia amoena Fisch and Vicia vracca. There are prominent differences in leaf area ratio, MDA and pro: the leaf area ratio and MDA of seedling of Viciacots ta ledeb cv. Wulata are the lowest in these three species. 4. The season accumulation of aboveground biomass of seedling of Viciacots ta ledeb cv. Wulata in growing season is accorded with Logistic curve, the highest aboveground biomasses of the other two species are occur at 5th, July, the highest biomass of leaf and stem are also occurred at this time; the highest biomass of generative organs is occurred at the last ten days of July. 5. The pure accumulation of aboveground biomass before 5th, August is the plus accumulation; after 5th, August is the negative accumulation. It began to consume its own nutrient substance after 25st July and then the biomass accumulation reach zero. So if consider both of the biomass and quality, the optimal harvest time of seed of Viciacots ta ledeb cv. Wulata is 20th July -1th August.
