Soil salinzation problems have become increasingly prominent, no reasonabledevelopment and utilization lead to soil of the utilization rate reduced. Selecting saltresistance of alfalfa for the future of saline-alkali land rationally developping andutilization have an important position, and the development of stock farming occupiesan important position. Alfalfa is resistant salt strong forage crops in legumes planted onless saline-alkali land, therefore, Varieties between of salt resistance differences inlarger, must be subject to rigorous selection and identification, improve of saltresistance ability, cultivate to salt resistant of alfalfa varieties. Make it in improving theutilization of the saline-alkali land, and protect the ecological environment play isparticularly important.This research utilizes0mM (CK)、60mM、90mM、120mM、150mM、180mMon the different concentration of NaCl solution stress of eighteen alfalfa seeds,studying in different NaCI concentration under eighteen alfalfa varieties of seedgermination of seeds germinated and potential, germination rate, relative germinationrate, germination index, relative germination index, seedling root length and seedlingheight or dry weight etc index, and for these alfalfa varieties of salt resistance ability inthe comprehensive evaluation, for alfalfa under salt stress in the planting providefoundation, the different material of salt tolerance ability difference of evaluation.Aimed at different salinity-alkalinity complex stress area for the future of theintroduction and planting to provide the theory reference, selecting alfalfa varieties ofsalt resistant can greatly improve the alfalfa, Selecting high salt resistance of alfalfavarieties to provide the scientific basis.Eighteen alfalfa varieties of seed germination of salt tolerance ability of identifyresults as follows:In the concentration of60mM NaCl, part of the varieties of seed germination haveobvious of promoted in role. With the increase of the salt concentration different alfalfavarieties of seed germination power, germination rate, germination index, vigor index,root length, seedling height, seedling dry weight were obvious lower than contrast.When NaCI concentration in the150mM to180mM, a majority of alfalfa varieties of germination power, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, root length,seedling height, seedling dry weight etc indexs declines to reach maximum, in theconcentration to180mM, most of the germination rate of alfalfa varieties for zero.Using different NaCl concentration for eighteen alfalfa varieties seeds of stress,for germination power, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, root length,seedling height, seedling dry weight etc many indexs of analysis, the comprehensiveevaluation of the eighteen alfalfa varieties salt resistant to range of the order:WL232hq>Sandeli>WL232>Youke>Muxuwang>Liangmu No.2>Zhong mu No.1>LongmuNo801>NongjingNo.1>Aohan>Wukelanmuxu>Longmu803>Aergangjin>Gongnong No.2>Pleven6>Zhaodong>Longyin-BeZa87>Jinda...
