The paper studied the optimization induction conditions of shoot cluster,the callus and tuberous Root, the contents of soluble sugar in different plantlets, cultureand trantplant of the tube seedlings and so on.The main results were as follows:1.A11 the callus induction rate from leaves,petioles and stem segments was 100% onthe medium of MS+1.0-1.5mg/LNAA,but leaves formed more callus.Two auxins allcould induce callus, but the callus grew faster after 0.5mg/L6-BA added. MS and LSmedium was more suitable for the callus induction and the callus from B5 mediumgrew best.2.Three stable types which were specialized in morphology, color and growthcharacteristics were obtained after subculture and selection several times.Type G wasgreen,compact,grew relatively slowly and can easily gain adventitious buds;Type Wwas white,loose and can be inducted tuberous Root ; Type L was lightyellow,loose,grew fastest and can gain suspension cells.3.Type Y were cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA,growth amount was 33.58g that was 70.1times more than inoculumdensities after cultured 35days;At the same contitions,if added 200mg/L organiccompounds peptone to MS medium, growth amoun improved greatly to 41.50g thatwas 95.4 times more than inoculum densities; The soluble sugar contents of type Ywere as mang as those of tuber.4.Type G that were cultured on MS medium supplemented with 1.0-2.0mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA,were the best suitable for shoot cluster.5.The liquid mediums is preponderant in the induction of shoot cluster and tuberousRoots and culture of the tube seedlings...
