The research purpose is to compare the effect of wort and corn juice yeast culture on rumenfermentation, and to research the differences between wort and corn juice yeast culture, thedifferences include the number of microzyme,amylose yield,small peptide yield,Vitamin B yield,so to make sure that corn juice can make yeast culture instead of wort. In order to achieve thepurpose, four trials are done. The four concrete trials and results as follows:1. The preparation of wort and corn juice yeast cultureAdopt single factor design, experiment factor is culture medium, there are two deals(wort andcorn juice), both of them have ten repetitions, so there are 20 samples. Saccharomyces cerevisiaeand Saccharomycopsis fibuligera are both be used, so there are 40 samples altogether. Fermentationcraftwork is liquid fermentation craftwork.2. Research of the differences between wort and corn juice yeast cultureA trial was carried out to determine the differences between wort and corn juice yeast culture,the differences include the number of microzyme,amylose yield,small peptide yield,Vitamin Byield. The result indicated that the number of microzyme,amylose yield,Vitamin B1 yield andVitamin B6 yield of wort and corn juice yeast culture are immediate, there are no markeddifferences between them, though there are marked differences on small peptide and Vitamin B2yield perhaps because of corn juice has more protein content and more Vitamin B2 yield contentthan wort. We can make sure that wort can replace corn juice to produce yeast culture.3. Effect of wort and corn juice yeast culture on rumen fermentation1) Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast cultureA trial in vitro was carried out to compare the effect of wort and corn juice yeast culture on therumen fermentation. There were 3 disposes, they were wort Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeastculture,corn juice Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast culture and the control. The vigor of cellase,concentration of NH3-N,MCP,pH and gas yield were determined at the time before thefermentation and 2h,4h,6h,8h after the fermentation. The result indicated that wort and corn juiceyeast culture all could remarkably rised the vigor of cellase at 2~4h compared to the control(p<0.05). Yeast culture in two disposes all could decrease the concentration of NH3-N, Especially at4h,6h,8h, the two disposes reach the remarkable level Compared to the control (p<0.05).Compared to the control, Diamond XP yeast culture yeast culture could remarkably increased theMCP production(p<0.05). Compared to the control, yeast culture in every dispose all can alleviatethe decline of the pH, stabilize the pH of rumen. Compared to the control, yeast culture in every dispose all can increase the gas yield of rumen, and reach the remarkable level (p<0.05).The wort and corn juice yeast culture have the same influence on rumen fermentation indexes,there are no marked differences between them, and they are immediate. We can estimate that wortcan replace corn juice to produce yeast culture.2) Saccharomycopsis fibuligera yeast cultureA trial in vitro was carried out to compare the effect of wort and corn juice yeast culture on therumen fermentation. There were 3 disposes, they were Saccharomycopsis fibuligera wort yeastculture,Saccharomycopsis fibuligera corn juice yeast culture and the control. The DM,NDF and ADF were determined at the time 6h,12h,24h,36h,48h,60h. The result showed thatin the fermentation both of the yeast culture has no marked effect of on DM (p>0.05). To NDF, at36h,48h,60h, XP yeast culture reach the remarkable level(p<0.05). To ADF, XP yeast culture(12h,48h) reach remarkable level(p<0.05).The wort and corn juice yeast culture have the same influence on caprine grass degradation,there are no marked differences between them, and they are immediate. We can estimate that wortcan replace corn juice to produce yeast culture.2) Saccharomycopsis fibuligera yeast cultureA trial in vitro was carried out to compare the effect of wort and corn juice yeast culture on thedegradation of DM,NDF and ADF.There were 3 disposes, they were Saccharomycopsis fibuligerawort yeast culture,Saccharomycopsis fibuligera corn juice yeast culture and the control. The DM,NDF and ADF were determined at the time 6h,12h,24h,36h,48h,60h. The result showed thatin the fermentation every yeast culture has no marked effect of on DM (p>0.05). To NDF, at 36h, 48h,60h,All the trial deals reach the remarkable level(p<0.05). To ADF, wort yeast culture andcorn juice yeast culture (12h,36h) reach the remarkable level(p<0.05).The wort and corn juice yeast culture have the same influence on caprine grass degradation,there are no marked differences between them, and they are immediate. We can estimate that wortcan replace corn juice to produce yeast culture.In conclusion, We can estimate that wort can replace corn juice to produce yeast culture.
