In order to study the effects of lignans in linseed cake on a mouse immunologic function,Selection of either sex, weighing 18 to 22 grams of Kunming healthy mice 192 should be dividedto a control group, and three groups of low, medium, high dosage. Feeding 0.6, 1.2, 3.6g/(kg·d)SDG separately to three dosage groups of mice, and 30 days later, measuring all immunity indexesof the mice. Observation the lignans of different doses of mouse thymus and spleen, respectivelyon the index, lymphocyte transformation. NK cell killing effects, peritoneal macrophagephagocytosis, hemolytic plaque forming and levels of IL-2 in T lymphocytes. The results show:Lignans can increase the index of mice's thymus and spleen, 4.7%,40.8%,97.9%index increasedspleen.,significant difference compared with the normal control group (P<0.05); Lignans topromote the transformation and proliferation of lymphocytes in mice, Low dose group spleenlymphocyte proliferation compared with the control group did not significantly increased, nosignificant difference (P>0.05), Compared with the control group, in the medium and high dosegroup of ConA-induced lymphocyte proliferation in mouse spleen lymphocytes into experimentsshowed significantly elevated the 58.9%,62.3%respectively (P<0.01).; Lignans to increase NKcell killing effects, in particular medium dose and high dose significant difference compared withcontrol group(P<0.01), Cell activity increased 58.9%,62.7%; Lignans can improve the rate ofmouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and phagocytic index, Phagocytic rate increased55.4%,57.0%,59.7%, significant difference compared with the normal control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01); Lignans can significantly increase the level of mice hemolytic plaque formation, Hemolyticplaque numbers were 51.8%,53.1%, with a significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05and P<0.01); Lignans can increased level of T cells producing IL-2 and the activity increased57.8%,64.2%,67.4%, significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01).The study results show, Lignans can improve the immune function in mice, so spleen andthymus weight, non-specific immune cells and humoral immunity enhanced, thus reveals lignansenhance immune function and provide a theoretical basis.
