This experiment take one-day-old chickens as the object of study, we apply cell raise technologyand MTT method, the indirect enzyme-lined immunosorbent assay, the immunity enzymehistochemistry methods andα-naphthyl acetate esterase etc.. Systematically we studied the humoraland cellular immunity of local mucosa immune tissues of chickens changes dynamic with themexposure to different intensity HVEF (high voltage electrostatic field, HVEF), our purpose isstatement that HVEF effect on the humoral and cellular immunity of local mucosa immune tissues ofchickens and its mechanism.The study was as follows: The changes is different in which digestive and respiratory tractimmunity function after different intensity HVEF irradiated chickens from 1 to 35 day. Proliferativefunction and the numbers of B lymphocyte in caecal tonsil and gland of Harder of chickenstreated with 5KV and 10KV HVEF is more higher than these items of control chickens; But thoseof chickens exposure to 20KV HVEF is significantly lower than them of controls.Among them,them of chickens treated with 10KV HVEF increased more significantly than other groups chickens;But the numbers and proliferative function of B lymphocyte in caecal tonsil and gland of Harderchickens treated with 20KV HVEF reduces more significantly than other groups chickens.After different intensity HVEF irradiated chickens, the contents of the IgA, IgM, IgG in itstear,the intestinal fluid,the bile,the trachea fluid taken place different change. The contents ofimmunoglobulins in those humor of chikens treated with 5KV and 10KV HVEF were significantlyhigher than control chickens; But chikens treated with 20KV HVEF, them were significantly lowerthan control chickens; At the same time, the contents of the IgA, IgM, IgG of its tear,the intestinalfluid,the bile,the trachea fluid in chickens treated with 10KV HVEF was obviously higher thanthem of chickens treated with 5KV HVEF.Proliferative function and the numbers of T lymphocyte in its local mucosa immune tissuestaken place different change after different intensity HVEF irradiated chickens.The numbers(TANAE+cell number) and proliferative function of T lymphocyte in caecal tonsil, the numbers of gland ofHarder of chickens treated with 5KV and 10KV HVEF were significantly higher than controlchickens; But from 1 to 35 day, them of chickens treated with 20KV HVEF, obviously were lowerthan control chickens. From 1 to 35 after HVEF irradiated chickens, items detected chickens treatedwith 5KV and the 10KV HVEF obviously were higher than ones chickens treated with 5KV; moreover, those items of chickens treated with 10KV obviously were higher than them of chickenstreated with 5KV.This research indicated that, 10KV HVEF was suitable enhances chickens immunity, but20KV HVEF inhibit chickens immunity. The above-mentioned results of the study for the first timeexplains that changes of cellular and humoral immunity of chickens exposure to different intensityHVEF was not same, while 20KV HVEF hold back its levels. Meanwhile, it illustrated that HVEFgives rise to the inner relations and regularity on immune changes of chickens, in order to furtherdiscover the detail mechanism of immune changes of chickens treated with HVEF and then providetheoretic basis for relative reaseach.
