In order to determine the appropriate transplanting mode in Meizhou tobacco area, the problems such as the accumulation of biomass, the coordination of chemical composition and the poor quality of production and quality are solved. The results showed that T1(CK)was used as the control, and the transplanting was carried out at the stage of leaf stage 8-9.T2: transplanted by local transplanting mode, transplanted when the leaf stage was about 3-4 leaves;T3: transplanting under the cellar-type membrane, transplanting the leaf stage of the tobacco seedling 3-4 days;T4: well Cellar membrane transplanting, tobacco seedlings 3-4 leaf stage when transplanting. The agronomic tra its and dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed, and the conventional chemical composition and economic shape of the flue-cured tobacco were analyzed. The results showed that:1.The effect of different transplanting methods on agro nomic traits of flue-cured tobacco was significant. In the group, the agronomic traits of the flue-cured tobacco were better than those of the conventional transplanting. The transplanting of the wellbore seedlings in Wuhua tobacco area was significantly better than that of conventional transplanting.Which wells under the well-transplanted seedlings under the best growth. The leaf number and leaf area of the flue-cured tobacco leaves were significantly higher than those of the conventional transplanted p lants, and the growth of the flue-cured tobacco leaves Preferably, the pitch is significantly lower than other treatments. In the mature stage, the plant height of the flue-cured tobacco planted in the wellbore and the Wuhua tobacco-growing area was higher than that in the conventional transplanting. The number of flue-cured tobacco leaves transplanted on the well-2.The dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco in the flue-cured tobacco was significantly higher than that in the conventional tra nsplanting. The difference was mainly reflected in the accumulation of dry matter in the lower part of the flue-cured tobacco. The difference of dry matter accumulation was not significant. In the prosperous period, the dry matter accumulation of wellbore seedlings was higher than that of conventional transplanting, both in Pingyuan and Wuhua, and the transplanting was the best.At the mature stage, the dry matter accumulation in the shoots of the seedlings was the highest, followed by the transplanting of seedlings on the cellar membrane. The conventional transplanting and conventional seedlings were not significantly different.3.The effects of different transplanting methods on the conventional chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves were significant. In the upper leaves, the content of total sugar, reducing sugar and starch in the flue-cured tobacco of the conventional seedlings was similar, and the nicotine and total nitrogen contents of the flue-cured tobacco were not significantly different among the treatments. The conventional chemical constituents of flue-cured tobacco under the seedlings were all at a high level. In the middle leaves, the content of total sugar and starch in the well-transplanted flue-cured tobacco leaves was relative ly low,and the nicotine and potassium contents were not significantly different between the treatments. The wellThe contents of reducing sugar, starch, nicotine and potassium in transplanted seedlings were all at a low level. In the lower leaves, the co ntent of total sugar and starch in flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher than that in the wells of Pingyuan tobacco-growing areas, and the contents of nicotine, potassium and total nitrogen were not significantly different among the treatments The conventio nal chemical constituents of the flue-cured tobacco planted on the cellar membrane were higher. There was no significant difference in the contents of reducing sugar, starch and total nitrogen between treatments.4.The effect of different transplanting methods on the economic shape of flue-cured tobacco was significant. In the two tobacco growing areas, the yield and output value of the flue-cured tobacco leaves were the highest, followed by the transplanting of the wells. The average price of flue-cured tobacco was lower than that of other treatments, but there was no significant difference between the two treatments of well-transplanted seedlings in Wuhua tobacco-growing area. There was no significant difference in the proportion of tobacco smoke between the treatments in Pingyuan tobacco-growing areas. The proportion of tobacco smoke in the well-transplanted tobacco leaves was significantly higher than that in conventional transplanting plants. The proportion of fine tobacco transplanted seedlings was significantly higher than other treatments. The proportion of the upper part of the transplanted seedlings was the highest among the two cell cultivars.Different transplanting methods changed the growth and development environment of flue-cured tobacco in the early stage, which affected the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, the accumulation of matter and the formation of quality.Through the comprehensive analysis,it is suggested that the transplanting of seedlings under the well pits can improve the growth and development environment of flue-cured tobacco and promote the accumulation of tobacco and the formation of quality. It provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the cultivation techniques of flue-cured tobacco. It provides technical support for guiding the production of tobacco leaves in Meizhou tobacco-growing areas, resisting low-temperature hazards, producing chemical components and producing high-quality tobacco leaves.
