In recent years, application of enzyme preparation in breeding industry, not only broadened the source of feed and improved the feed conversion rate, but also reduced the environmental pollution caused during the production. However,in the application process of complex enzyme preparation, the actual application effect is not stable enough because of the complex biological characteristics, action rules. The test enzyme preparation consists of 6 common single enzyme ratios(Alpha-amylase,?-glucanase,cellulase,protease,xylanase,mannanase).Six hundred and thirty one-day old broilers with an average body at 45.1 + 0.05 g were selected, and were randomly assigned to the 7 treatments,9 repetition per treatment and 10 birds per repetition The basic diet of chickens in each group was the same,in which the feed of male chicks in the control group A was not added with enzyme, and the compound enzyme rd1-rd6 was added in the test group respectively,0.75 kg per ton.Test results have shown that,at 21 d,the average body weight and daily gain of group G broilers was significantly higher than group A and group B(P < 0.05).At 42 d,the average body weight and daily gain of broilers in groups E and D rose to the highest, significantly higher than that in groups A and C(P < 0.05).The difference between group A and other groups was not significant.During the period of 1-21 d,the weight gain of broilers in group G was the best, significantly higher than that of control group A,and the weight gain rate increased by 4.22%.The feed-gain ratio of the enzyme-added group was decreased compared with the group A(P>0.05).The CV value of the weight uniformity ofbroilers at 42 days the test groups was significantly lower than the control group A,excepting group C.Among them, the group F had the smallest weight uniformity CV value, which was significantly different from the group A(P<0.05).The leg muscle rate in the group added with the enzyme preparation had different degrees of improvement, especially in the group D significantly, increased by 12.14% compared with the group A(P<0.05).Compared with the group A,all the groups added with the enzyme, including the apparent utilization rate of crude protein, dry matter, crude fat,and apparent metabolizable energy, all showed an increasing trend. The compound enzyme preparation was added to the diet, and the number of E.coli in various parts of the broiler intestinal tract was reduced to some extent, while the number of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria was increased. Therefore, during the whole test, the complex enzyme preparation of the test group E increased in terms of production performance and nutrient metabolism rate of broilers, beneficial florawas.Maximum inhibition of harmful bacteriathe, improved intestinal health, best ratio, the enzyme spectrum was rich, the enzyme activity was appropriate, and the digestive enzyme was added in the early stage, and the non-amyloid polysaccharide enzyme was added in the later stage to form the composite enzyme preparation.
