With the development of modern aquaculture,enzyme preparations are widely used in feed industry.It can not only reduce the harmful effects of toxins in feed and improve feed conversion rate,but also reduce the pollution of livestock and poultry to the environment and promote the health of livestock and poultry.In the new era of "feed is forbidden,breeding is reduced,and products are not resistant",the research on environmentally friendly,efficient and safe feed additives has become the top priority of the breeding industry.The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of reducing the nutritional level of diet and adding compound enzyme preparation on broilers,mainly measuring the performance index,serum index,intestinal index,duodenal mucosa,liver enzyme activity index and tibia index.It provides theoretical basis and scientific reference for the application of compound enzyme preparation(SSF)in low-nutrition diet,improving feed remuneration and reducing nutrition cost.The experiment lasted for 35 days,and 384 1-day-old healthy broilers(male and female mixed)with similar weight were selected and randomly divided into four treatment groups,with 8 replicates in each treatment group and 12 chickens in each replicate,and fed in two stages(1-21 days,22-35 days).Among them,the experimental factors are dietary nutrition level: basic diet(1-21 days: ME2870 kcal/kg,CP 21.45%,22-35days: ME2995 kcal/kg,CP 19.45%);Low-nutrition diet reduced ME by 150kcal/kg,CP by0.4%,Ca by 0.2%,TP by 0.2%,and added 200 g/t compound enzyme preparation(SSF).This experiment was divided into BF(basal diet group),BF+SSF(basal diet+compound enzyme preparation group),LN(low nutrition diet group)and LN+SSF(low nutrition diet+compound enzyme preparation group).Corn,soybean meal,corn gluten meal,corn distiller’s grains and soybean oil are used as main raw materials.The results showed that:(1)Feeding low-nutrition diet significantly reduced the average body weight(BW)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of broilers aged 1-21 days and 22-35 days(P < 0.05),and significantly increased the mortality(DR)and feed-meat ratio(F/G)(P <0.05);The BW and European Benefit Index(EPI)of 1-35 days old were significantly decreased(P < 0.05)and the DR and F/G were significantly increased(P < 0.05).Adding compound enzyme preparation(SSF)significantly improved the BW of broilers in all stages of the experiment(P < 0.05).ADFI of 1-21 days old,22-35 days old and European index of1-35 days old were significantly improved(P < 0.05).The DR and F/G of the whole experiment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Reducing the nutritional level of diet and adding compound enzyme preparation significantly increased the BW and ADFI of broilers aged 1-21 days and BW and Euroindex of broilers aged 1-35 days(P < 0.05).The F/G of 22-35 days old and the DR of the whole experiment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).(2)Reducing the nutritional level of diet and adding compound enzyme preparation significantly increased the serum TG content of 21-day-old broilers(P < 0.05);The serum UA content of 21-day-old broilers was significantly decreased(P < 0.05).It is beneficial to the absorption of glucose by 35-day-old broilers.(3)Feeding low nutrition diet significantly increased the relative length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of 21-day-old broilers(P < 0.05).Adding compound enzyme preparation(SSF)significantly reduced the relative length and weight of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of 21-day-old broilers(P < 0.05).The relative length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of 21-day-old broilers was significantly reduced by reducing the nutritional level of diet and adding compound enzyme preparation(P < 0.05).(4)Adding compound enzyme preparation(SSF)significantly improved the amylase activity of 21-dayold duodenal mucosa(P < 0.05).Reducing the nutritional level of diet and adding compound enzyme preparation significantly reduced the activity of duodenal mucinase at the age of 35days(P < 0.05),which indicated that adding compound enzyme preparation had no effect but reduced its activity when the nutritional level of diet was reduced.The activity of lipase in 21-day-old liver was significantly increased(P < 0.05).(5)Reducing the nutritional level of diet and adding compound enzyme preparation significantly increased the tibia length of broilers and the tibia calcium content of 21-day-old broilers(P < 0.05).To sum up,adding 200g/t of Teweibao compound enzyme preparation on the basis of adjusting the nutritional level in the diet formula to reduce ME by 150kcal/kg,CP by 0.4%,Ca by 0.2% and TP by 0.2% makes the production performance of broilers no less than that of the basic diet group.It also has obvious advantages in reducing the relative length and weight of intestine in the early stage of feeding,and the length of tibia at 35 days old is better than that of control group and improves the absorption of calcium in the early stage of test.On the basis of ensuring the production performance,the economic benefit is improved,and the purpose of reducing the cost and improving the production performance is achieved.
