The structure of the cell wall of roughage is complex,in which cellulose and lignin have "cage" effect, which is not conducive to digestion and absorption of feed by ruminants. Therefore,it is important to break the "cage" effect of cellulose and lignin in production and improve the utilization ratio of coarse fodder in ruminant.Enzyme preparation is a kind of environmental protection and safe additive. It can supplement the deficiency of endogenous enzymes by exogenous addition, and improve the digestion and absorption of food by animals. This test uses compound enzyme preparation made of cellulase, glucanase, xylanase and amylase, intends to use the cellulase, glucanase and xylanase break forage "cage" effect, combined with starch concentrate in promoting amylase digestion, improve the utilization rate of dairy cow diets, and improve dairy cows the production capacity and the quality of milk,to provide reference for the application of composite enzyme preparation on cow production.Experimental design was completely random single factor experimental design, experimental animal for peak lactation similar body condition,400 multiparous(lactation days in 95±5 days)Holstein cows were randomly divided into control group and compound enzyme group, the control group was fed basal diet TMR,composite enzyme preparation group added 70 per cow g compound enzyme preparation in diets. The experimental period was 41 days, including 21 days in the preliminary test period and 20 days in the test period. From the beginning of the trial period to the end of the test,06: 00 days before the completion of the previous day leftovers cleaning and weighing;06:00 feeding, and evenly collected before eating TMR diet samples, used to determine the basic nutrients.Pre-trial period, each randomly selected 10 cows were collected daily 100 mL milk samples collected for 3 consecutive days, determination of milk quality;in the test period of fourth days after morning feeding for three hours to collect 200 mL gastric intubation, used to detect rumen fluid enzyme activityand ammonia nitrogen and other indicators;test three hours day after morning feeding period fifth after vacuum blood collection 5 mL tail vein blood, blood serum index. The daily intake and milk yield of the herd were recorded. The main results are as follows:(1)composite enzyme preparation significantly increased the content of ammonia nitrogen, cow rumen fluid amylase and xylanase activity(P< 0.05),beta glucan enzyme activity was higher(P=0.081),but does not affect the beta glucan enzyme activity.(2)composite enzyme preparation significantly increased serum globulin ratio, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels(P< 0.05),triglyceride content was higher(P=0.099),indicating that the composite enzyme can increase the content of total lipids in the blood.(3)adding compound enzyme on dry matter intake had no significant difference(P> 0.05),and significantly increase the milk yield,3.5% fat corrected milk and energy corrected milk(P< 0.01),the control group and the average milk enzyme group was 42.27 kg and 45.07 kg.The milk yield of enzyme group increased 6.53%,feed efficiency feed enzyme preparation on dairy cows had increasing trend(P=0.070).(4)composite enzyme preparation significantly increased the milk fat and milk sugar(P< 0.05),significantly reduced the rate of milk protein, non fat solids and acidity(P< 0.05),there was no significant effect on milk protein yield of milk. The above results showed that the addition of amylase, cellulase, made of beta glucanase and xylanase enzyme preparation can improve the production performance of dairy cows in the dairy cow feed, improve blood lipid content, improve milk fat yield and sugar content.
