The potato (Solanum tuberosum L) is also named as white potato etc., a kind of perennial grass stem-tuber plants belonging to eggplant family, source from the Andes mountains of South America and spreading across the world after Europe. Now it is the fourth big cereals only to be next to maize, paddy rice and wheat in the world. It is cultivated in 146 countries of the whole world at present, always coveting an area of 18 million hm~2 retinue, scattering mainly in Europe and Asia. Average yield of potato (Solanum tuberosum L) per unit area is 15 t/hm~2 in the world, it is 44.8 t/hm~2 in Holland, the maximal per unit area yield level. China as the first largest potato area in the world, cultivating area was 4,880,000 hm~2 in 2005, gross products 70,865,000 tons, yield per unit area 14.5 t/hm~2. Comparing with the developed country, yield per unit area is very low, having bigger development potential. In recent years, edible mushroom industry has developed quickly, which effects in animal husbandry organism's habits circulation is gradually notable in the agriculture. A large amount of side-products by the enzymolysis effect of cellulose, half celluloses, lignin's farm, transfer to produce out various delicious food, but the edible mushroom production, abolishes fostering material gradually. If being not handled properly, which will contaminate the environment, not only wasted resource, but also be a hindrance to the edible mushroom development, and have an adverse harmful effect to human healthy. Post-cultivateded material of edible mushroom cultivation, contains large amount of thallus egg white, being still high grade organic fertilizer or manure The organic fertilizer from post-cultivated material contains various nutrient substance, nitrogens among them on the grounds of analysis, the bacterium in material 1.17%, five oxidizes two phosphoruses 0.77%, oxide potassium 2.13%, organic quality 36.61%. Post-cultivated waste material, already changed, have fairly good effect to the improvement of the soil structure and breathing freely. The post-cultivated waste material of P. ostreatus, boiled with the high temperature for 7 hours or so, mixed with farm manure according to proportion 3: 1 and ferment for 3 days, used as the bed fertilizer of potato. The result was showed that the organic fertilizer from oyster mushroom post-cultivated waste material was used in potato plant, all the economical characteristics have been increased including the stem diameter, stem height, the average stem tuber number, average stem tuber duplicate each other, net weight and commodity rate, which are higher than that of the farm manure. The organic fertilizer from oyster mushroom post-cultivated waste material, can supplement the shortage of farm manure especially in arctic-alpine mountain area, have more comparatively value, but its need further research such as mixture proportion with farm manure and employ amounts upper.
